Had a $26 car wash today. My truck was the last one at the time to get done before another group of cars came in. Considering it was "slow" you'd think with 4 teenagers working the inside would do an exceptional job. Since there were no other cars that was being cleaned, I had the liberty watching these four monkeys giggled, small talk during the time they were to FOCUS on their job. The four left and a young guy called me, Matthew, that my truck is ready. So quick to grab the tip! As I step up, I fixed the car mat and lifted it and saw that it wasn't vacuumed, I then call Matthews attention and he got to it right away.... vacuum done. I get in AGAIN, and see the cup holder area, dashboard were also not cleaned at all... WTF? I called another guy, and he called another guy and Matthew came back. I then asked for the supervisor. One guy said, "ms. Please follow me, he's this way" I said "excuse me? He needs to get up here and see this job... Donnie tried to defend his guys which is ok in some situation.... what's interesting is he said, when it's slow, this kind of thing happens... I said "say again?.... if slow???" You'd think if they're slow then they would do a better job than when it's busy. No apologies for the slack work from Donnie. Again, I think he would... everyone needs training here. Stop to gas up and was going to pay cash. I needed 50 dollars of gas and pulled a 100 note the cashier said " I cannot take that 100 dollar bill, we do not have cash" what year is this 1950. 100 bucks is to large for this store. I told the cashier you are not braking a 100 note, I am paying for 50 on gas and you will give me 50 back. He would process the transaction. I will never use this location again. read more

Make sure if you go here for an oil change, that your oil cap is on before you leave. I noticed an oil leak after an oil change and found my oil cap laying on top of the motor. I use to love coming to this Car wash cause they cleaned cars the best. I just spent 29 dollars and it's not even cleaned well. The doors and seats aren't even wiped down properly and they didn't Even vaccum the back out. Dust still on steering column and windows have spots. Guess I won't be using them. Be very careful if you use a Credit/Debit Card here, the other night I went to get gas and the pump I was at was apparently all out? So I cancelled the transaction and moved to a different pump and for 24 hours I was charged $126 twice! Before it finally turned into $40. Unfortunately, I will not be using this location anymore due to such poor customer service. When a pump does not work you would think there would be some sort of signage? No. Not here. I pulled up after a ten hour shift at work to get some gas and head home. No problem. My car approached pump 2. I got out and heard someone yelling in my direction... I looked up. Couldn't make out what was being yelled And went to put my card in. Then the yelling began again. I looked at the direction it was coming from and heard "that pump doesn't work..." So IIIIIIII walked to the person dressed in a terrible's uniform and said excuse me? To be answered with "I said, that pump doesn't work. You can back up to 4..." After I pointed out that there was no sign on the pump I was cut off by a "well we can't put signs up". Oh. Okay. So you're just going to holler at people? Professional. No thank you. $31 car wash wasn't even worth $10. Did not clean the back window on the inside at all, did not wipe down the inside at all. Not even the dash. There was even bugs on the front end still. There was like six people working and there were no other cars there. You would think they would have time to do a better job! My four-year-old does a better job!!!! Gas station that has a McDonalds and is right off Centennials Auto Dealer row. There are a large amount of pumps and the inside is kept clean. Not a bad place to stop if your close by, they offer Chevron gasoline. read more

I get that this is JUST a gas station but it's a real shame that the customer service couldn't be a little better. I mean they are getting paid to do more than just baby sit the counter right? I work near this store so I visit it frequently and I have to say Daniel has the nastiest attitude I've ever encountered. I've never seen him actually do any work but take money and put it in the register. I HAVE seen him park his civic at a pump in order to park closer to the store. What pushed me to write this review was when I asked him if they had any more honeybuns, his response, "Nope, if it ain't there we don't got it." Zero effort. I said fine and paid for the rest of the items I did find. About 45 minutes later I returned because I forgot to buy another item and his coworker (a female) happen to be restocking the baked goods, including a large amount of honeybuns. Something that would have taken him, maybe, 2 minutes to do, he couldn't find it in his busy schedule to go and get a product that a returning customer was asking for. Huge lack of customer service skills. As a customer, I shouldn't be made to feel like a burden or like my request are being completely ignored. He also doesn't give receipts because, obviously, that's far too much work for him. If you don't like your job or don't want to do it, then quit and let someone who is more deserving have it! Doing the bare minimum to collect a check is not acceptable. Gas station or not. read more

I am a huge fan of Terrible Herbst in Vegas, but will no longer be using credit cards to pay for gas at Chevron anymore since today I found out that they pre-authorized not only the $38.00 worth of gas I filled up with, but also $126.00. Got my car wash here today and when I was getting in the car, I noticed it didn't look like they had cleaned my hood very well. I got out I noticed that the clear coating that protects the paint was removed from my car and I could see many scratches all over hood and roof. Talked to a manager and he said, oh that just happens. Kept trying to ask questions like how often do you wash it, did you have it buffed, and about all these other vehicles that lost that protective coating. The coating is gone but it had nothing to do with their washing system. When I got home, I looked my car over better and noticed that even my head lights were foggy as if something got on the plastic. I truly believe something was in there soap or something that caused this to happen to my car!! Very upset, they will never get my business again. read more
