I don't always use it but I think it's fun and I like how everyone leaves their receipts for people who may want a drink next time. One of the highest priced gas in town. I choose to go here over Costco which is less per gallon but not worth my time waiting in the ridiculous lines. But I now will wait at Costco, unfortunately, being that this gas station has become horrible. 50 percent of the pumps are out of service. So there are long lines to wait. The card readers are hit or miss. Have to go in to pay or move to another pump, and almost every time I come to this location the pumps are out of paper to print receipts and you have to go inside and wait for a receipt. So if I am going to wait and not save anytime, I will go wait in the Costco line. At least their pumps work and better customer service. Plus save money. Terrible and Chevron. Shame on your. I've had a monthly plan since they came out with them years ago. Overall I was decently happy with the plan but learned real quick it matters which location you go to as some have amazing, caring workers and some have shit workers. This one used to be ok-ish but has quickly gone down hill. Several times not cleaning my car properly but hey, how picky can you be when you're getting such a great deal? I learned my lesson the hard hard way today. I have really dark tint. On my passenger front window I had a crack in my tint. When I pulled up I asked the man to please please make sure to not touch the tint and be really careful as I don't want it to get worse before being able to take it in. This is important as I drive for uber, it's the weekend and my car needs to look nice. I had the tint where it wasn't noticeably bad unless pointing it out. Guy says no problem. I say great the $5 in the cup holder is for you...... Fast forward to my car being finished. The man that took my car is NoT the one to clean it. I get in my car and the girl that hands me my keys says have a nice day. I look straight at my window and am pissed! My tint is completely ripped off on 3 sides and tucked into the window crease so I hopefully don't notice. I call the girl over and ask wtf! I said did the man tell you not to touch my passenger front window? She said no! I said I told him not to and he promised y'all wouldn't but here we are now and my tint is completely ripped off! She told the manager I ripped it off and took no responsibility being a little irresponsible shit. I am and was never asking for my tint to be replaced by them, I wanted them to A) listen to my request as a customer and just leave that window the f alone and B) take freaking responsibility and say sorry. Instead the shit employee tried to blame me. Lesson learned. I canceled my monthly after years of going. I'll never go back to this terrible Terribles again. The manager Anthony Clayton is zero help and was just condescending. The shit employee was such a cocky little girl. This is where I normally go to get a car wash if I don't do it myself. I went around 4pm on a Monday and it was slightly busy. I go through the car wash and park behind a the vehicles to be wiped down and interior to be cleaned. I paid for the top selection that was the most costly, therefore I figured I would be there for a while. WRONG! My car was the last one in line AND was finished first. I was thinking maybe there was multiple employees cleaning my vehicle. I was wrong again. There were stains, clearly nothing was wiped down, under my seats weren't vacuumed, it smelt really bad in my car like old laundry that's been sitting in the washer for days! We have a monthly car wash plan for our cars at Terrible's. We had never been to this location, so decided to try it out. This one is different than the other two we have been using, as you stay inside your car for the wash. Usually, the car is left with the attendant, and they vacuum it and drive it through the wash. We stayed inside through the wash, and then were directed to the drying lane at the end. At that point, they took over and dried the car and vacuumed it. This team was very efficient, thorough and professional. Car looked great. Good job! read more

Really? 29.95 for unlimited car wash? You get a choice of just outside or the standard car wash. Sometimes I go back the same day for an extra outside wash!! There are countless Terrible H located all over Las Vegas and this one is located right across from Red Rock casino by chevron. I highly recommend getting the 29.99 monthly plan which give you unlimited washes! They hand dry your car and vacuum for a spotless perfection! Even with gas prices passing $4 Terrible's still out does Arco or 7/11. Here's why... those charge you a 35 cent cars fee. Tack that on. So $20 in fuel is now 19.65. Want s 32 ounce fountain drink? Subtract $1.07 by Terribles will give you a free one. Keep your dollar. Now you're at a loss at $18.58 versus still being at $20 at Terrible Herbst. Don't drink soda? Then there's free coffee or coupons at the pump to print out for other free or discounted beverages. And if I am not wrong, Chevron is a better gas. You can divide your gas money ($20) by the price per gallon to find the comparison with that $18.58 I just wasted or lost at Arco here in Las Vegas. read more

What I'm normally here for, as I was today, is to get the free papers--the Las Vegas Weekly, CityLife, and Vegas Seven magazines. I like to read these, and I enjoy the print versions. If you buy a full-service car wash at the pump, you save 20 cents a gallon on gas. I mention this because while waiting for my car to be vacuumed and dried I noticed at least two people got a full-service wash and then got gas. That's just backasswards. The full service wash starts at $14, which is a little pricey. But the car wash people are really nice and the car wash works well. The staff inside the store are also nice. This store is located on the corner of Towncenter Dr and W Charleston. It has pretty much everything the store down the street has except for a car wash. This gas station is much easier to enter and exit from W Charleston than the other Terrible Herbst down the street in front of Costco. That is what I like about this location. If they had a car wash here I would probably come to this location more often as opposed to going to the location near Costco, as I do. So, just ran in for gas, a drink, and the bathroom. Got stuck with 'Sally' (thats what it says on my receipt) one of the absolute worst and rudest cashiers I've had. She was awful and ridiculous to everyone, and even yelled at a guy in the store fir no real reason. When I asked for the key to the bathroom she had a huge attitude and nearly flung it at me. When I went to check out, she didn't even say anything look at me, or acknowledge me, she just continued to talk shit about other employees loudly and obnoxiously to the other employees. First time I went to a Terrible gas stations was in Seven Hills. They have a great variety of beef jerky. Since I was over in this area thought of maybe stop and get some jerky. My beef jerky ran turned into A nightmare. I really hope management solves the problem with their employees. I had the worst experience with a crazy rude cashier with short white spiky hair. I actually saw her yelling at customers!!!!!Treating a guy like they couldn't understand him, his English was fine. After I finally made it outside, a bunch of us were talking about how crazy rude that lady was. And how incompetant ALL the employees are.
