The place was spotless, and I was greeted with a friendly smile. I received my receipt after my purchase. I even got a car wash. It took a bit for someone to come to the window, likely due to the staffing issues we're all too familiar with these days. If you want to spend a lot of money for a horrible Carwash, this is the place to go. The car wash is called Lucky car wash but they should add bad luck car wash as the name . Very expensive for a worthless wash. four vacuums didn't work & when I reported it to the snotty cashier She said oh forgive me , I didn't think to tell you they didn't work. Did she think I had time to pull in and out of each stall to see what worked? Used to be a great Carwash. I'll never go back again. In A Nutshell: -Lucky Spot Chevron's car wash is a really car wash. -If you are looking for a decent car wash that doesn't cost much ($16 is the most expensive package) you need to bring your dirty car through this drive-thru. -It's the most powerful car wash I've experienced, high pressure water w/ plenty of soapy bubbles. -There is also a hand towel drying either by one or two people after your car goes through the automatic car wash. -Make sure you tip the staff who are working. -After your car is dried off, you can drive towards the free vacuum stations. -The vacuum's are very powerful & the hoses are conveniently located on both sides of the car. -There are even hoses that blow air to help move water from those tough crevices. -Bring a towel to wipe up any excess water. I was torn on how to rate this business. I stop by the convenience store quite often. Definitely deserves 5 Stars. The staff is amazing! They are always extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. The store is clean and very organized. It's easy to get in and out. As far as the car wash, it deserves 2 stars. If it wasn't for the free vacuums 1 Star. When going to the car wash, I'm normally in a hurry. The first time I stopped by I thought someone had maybe called in sick. Went there again, and realized how unorganized the business is running. Only 2 people working the car wash. The person who runs the register is also the person who scrubs the car before going in. If there's 4 or more cars there, expect it to take 30 minutes, which is what a full service car wash takes. There's one guy who wipes the car down. Hire two more people. 1 to scrub and another to also wipe. read more

Love this small little gas station. It has a car wash and tons of vacuums so you're always likely to find one after having driving through the car wash. The interior is spacious and looks very well taken care of. As soon as you walk in there are slot machines to your left, if that's your vice, and a huge selection of drinks and snacks. The cashiers have always been nothing but pleasant and welcoming. You also get a pretty major discount off of gas if you buy a car wash [I believe its $0.20 off a gallon]. I used to really like this place because of the great service at the car wash. That all changed though, I went through the car wash and I didn't know I was supposed to keep the receipt on the dash the whole time. One of the guys that was wiping down the car at the end starting yelling at me f**k you while knocking on my window and giving me the middle finger. I was confused and thought maybe he was on something. He said I was disrespecting him because I didn't have the receipt on the dash, even though I didn't say a word to him. Please inform your employees on how to treat people. This is just common sense I've been coming here for a long time and had no trouble before. I was very disappointed this time. read more

My father had his vehicle damaged while in the car wash. When he went and spoke to the manager "Danny" she was rather unfriendly and very unprofessional. This convenience store is trying to find its way in an increasingly overcrowded area. The store itself is laid out well with wide open spaces, so it never feels crowded, and is always very clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The gas prices are higher than others. The drink prices are also higher. There is a pretty decent selection of candies, snacks, beer, wine, and other drinks in the cooler. The soda fountain is lacking. The selection of drinks is just okay, with only the most common drinks available. They DO have Brisk Iced Tea in the fountain. Splenda is available in a dispenser machine. They only have paper cups instead of the large plastic cups most convenience stores have (such as 7-Eleven Double Gulp and Terrible Herbst). They started as Brendan Theater branded paper cups, now seem to be Pepsi-branded. While I suppose I don't mind whatever branding, it's the paper cup aspect I'm opposed to, including the fact these paper cups are really small (largest is 32 ounces). You would think, then, bring your own plastic cup, right? No. Refills are $1.49. Might as well buy a brand-new cup from the Speedee Mart across the street (Refills are 99¢, there, too). My main reason for going to a convenience store is to get fountain drinks. While I'm there, I will pick up a snack or two. Since this store's soda fountain is lacking (paper cups, lack of any special flavors, and worse yet, exorbitant refill prices), I have little reason to go here again. read more

The problem is the staff not the store. Every time I've visited this location the man with braids has been working the front and has been rude every time. Rarely greets people. Will check people out without saying anything. The last time I was there he seemed to be under the influence. I was waiting at the counter and it took him a minute to realize I was there and walked slowly up to the front. I asked a simple question and with his eyes incredibly low mumbled under his breath inaudibly. read more
