I did notice that the line did for the drive through was LONG and moved solely. We've been going here for years. Whenever we're in the area, it's our go to for our drug store needs. Since it's walking distance from the Holiday Inn, it provided a convenient place to get basic needs. The store is clean and organized. Most items that I looked for were on the shelves. They also always have sales on things at seasons end, just like other Walgreens stores.

The doctor had sent in several prescriptions for my daughter, but some of them were not covered by my insurance. Youngie, the pharmacist, called QuickCare and let the doctor know which prescription was covered by my insurance, so the doctor could send in the correct medication. One of my daughter's prescriptions still wasn't covered, and without me even asking, Youngie kindly offered to use a discount card to get it for us at a discounted price. I really appreciated her going the extra mile! Alexis was also amazing. She offered to call me once both my daughter's prescriptions and mine were ready and kept me updated throughout the process. She let me know that Youngie had contacted the doctor about resending the prescription so it would be covered by my insurance. The doctor had also forgotten to send one of my daughter's antibiotics to the pharmacy, and Youngie was able to get everything straightened out. Youngie also took the time to explain the medications to me, which I really appreciated. Alexis even called me to let me know that all of our prescriptions would be ready in about 15 minutes and told me I could head down to the pharmacy. That kind of communication and follow-through is rare! Both Alexis and Youngie went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Having friendly and caring people working at a pharmacy can be rare, so I truly appreciate everything they did for me and my daughter. Our eyes met as I pulled in. Instead of acknowledging me, she walked away and stood by the pharmacist. After about a minute she came to the window and helped me. I gave her my info and she turned around and bent down to a container to look for my meds, the entire time talking to the pharmacist. There were no other Customes, just me. She took her time finding it, took it over to the pharmacist and stood there for another minute before coming to the window. The point is, customer service is not high on the priority list it seemed. I've seen this girl before and deal with her as a walk in and she always seemed a little more motivated than she did this night. I don't understand why, but I do understand people's frustration with this drive thru giving poor service. It's not the first time and I know sadly it won't be the last. It won't change so accept it for what it is.

It hurts to swallow, developing a cough and I got these white things developing on my tonsils that are inflamed and red. I mention it might be strep throat. Which I get tested for and comes out negative. At that point Emmanuel Ekwere the "practitioner" tells me that since it's negative he can't give me anything and just sends me off with a prescription to numb the pain. Now I'm 100$ down for some guy who swabbed my throat, let the machine say negative and told me "Good luck, take pain reliever." As if that's what I haven't been doing. Not worth your time, money, energy, please save yourself and invest in a PCP who will truly consider your needs. Oh and I just wanted to add that I received a random charge of my credit card from Minute Clinic stating it's because of the payment agreement. But when I got to my account or Google it, the agreement can't be found. Now they have my credit card information.

They've got a good selection from greeting cards, off the shelf medications, beauty products, drinks, and novelty gifts. Prices are slightly higher here because it is a neighborhood convenience store. Staff at the pharmacy are extremely helpful and friendly. I've never had to interact with other CVS staff since they have two self checkout kiosks. I recommend this location for your pharmaceutical and quick visits.

The people there seem not to care anymore. They use to be friendly but now seem over worked. I think it is because there isn't enough help. Not to mention I now get text notifications that my prescription are ready and when I get there they are not. Never had these issues for the years I been coming here. I now am taking by business somewhere else. Sad because this is the most convenient pharmacy to my house. But I don't put up with bad service.
