I did notice that the line did for the drive through was LONG and moved solely. We've been going here for years. Whenever we're in the area, it's our go to for our drug store needs. Since it's walking distance from the Holiday Inn, it provided a convenient place to get basic needs. The store is clean and organized. Most items that I looked for were on the shelves. They also always have sales on things at seasons end, just like other Walgreens stores.

Our eyes met as I pulled in. Instead of acknowledging me, she walked away and stood by the pharmacist. After about a minute she came to the window and helped me. I gave her my info and she turned around and bent down to a container to look for my meds, the entire time talking to the pharmacist. There were no other Customes, just me. She took her time finding it, took it over to the pharmacist and stood there for another minute before coming to the window. The point is, customer service is not high on the priority list it seemed. I've seen this girl before and deal with her as a walk in and she always seemed a little more motivated than she did this night. I don't understand why, but I do understand people's frustration with this drive thru giving poor service. It's not the first time and I know sadly it won't be the last. It won't change so accept it for what it is.

It hurts to swallow, developing a cough and I got these white things developing on my tonsils that are inflamed and red. I mention it might be strep throat. Which I get tested for and comes out negative. At that point Emmanuel Ekwere the "practitioner" tells me that since it's negative he can't give me anything and just sends me off with a prescription to numb the pain. Now I'm 100$ down for some guy who swabbed my throat, let the machine say negative and told me "Good luck, take pain reliever." As if that's what I haven't been doing. Not worth your time, money, energy, please save yourself and invest in a PCP who will truly consider your needs. Oh and I just wanted to add that I received a random charge of my credit card from Minute Clinic stating it's because of the payment agreement. But when I got to my account or Google it, the agreement can't be found. Now they have my credit card information.

I called the pharmacy to check. The woman who answered the phone said it's usually filled externally and that they're expecting it to arrive at the pharmacy on 1/7. I said I only have two tablets left and need it sooner. She advised they will fill it in the pharmacy and it will be ready that night. I was sick and didn't have the energy to pick it up on 1/5 so I came the next day, 1/6. I came up to the counter and the cashier said it's not ready and that I have to wait. I was confused. And I really didn't want to wait as I'm still not feeling well from a cold. I just wanted to be home resting, but I needed my BP med. It wasn't a very long wait, about 15 mins, but I was disappointed of the service.
