Tiffany in the pharmacy is a unicorn and a rock star merged together in a pharmacist form. She helped me navigate the discount card options and price checking for a memory care drug for my mother-in-law that is not covered by insurance. I was able to supply Tiffany solid details with insurance back up letters to confirm stuff, but she took the time and made the effort to check price options across a few platforms for me quite quickly. The script that started at $800+ for a 3 month supply was reduced to less than $100 for 3 months. Patience, effort, care...Thanks Tiffany. But with that said and having to pop back to this pharmacy to sort out issues with my mother-in-law....Albert and Helen are both kind and efficient as well, in addition to being spot on to solve my issues.

The lighting seems too fluorescent bright white and a touch jarring to me, but in the end, I don't care if I avoided a predictable line at the actual post office. The owners/managers I presume are always the ones helping me ship a package and they are knowledgable, nice (the word friendly might be pushing it, but they are nice) and efficient, simply are not wearing the USPS uniform. So allow me to give you a little story about what happened tonight to me…read more I have a sprained ankle that I'm limping slowly on and happened to get a flat tire on the way home in the middle of the night at about 2:10am I quickly turned into this chevron to fill my tire with air since my psi monitor indicated it was leaking fast and dangerously low to drive on, luckily I made it to the compressor just before it hit a compete flat. Now on the exterior entrance of the chevron it said the insides were locked off for cleaning from 1:30am-3:00am But I decided to ring the bell to see if the attendant could quickly get me change for a dollar so I could get air (0.50 cents to use the compressor) as it was an emergency. I rang probably about 5 times but no one answered and it looked empty inside, no one "cleaning" at all. So I had to limp all the way over the parkway tavern to get change, luckily the bar tender was nice and had change. I then limped all the way back to my car to fill it with air, just in time to notice a single car stop by the chevron entrance to drop off the gas station attendant and then drive off. So apparently this person had abandoned their work post to go off with their friend during their supposed "closed for cleaning" times, and left the station completely abandoned I assume. Perhaps management needs to check the date and times of who was working on this night Monday July 19th at 2:10am and have a talk with them. I'm not a fan of limping half a block on a casted foot for change for a dollar, but I'm also not a fan of people who are lazy and don't do their jobs or at least keep on their post.

The facility is newer, clean, and genuinely feels safe -- which matters more than proximity. Every single time I walk through that door the staff welcome me in like a familiar face. That kind of warmth at a convenience store is rarer than it should be. The app makes a large Polar Pop fountain soda just $0.79 -- which is an almost unreasonably good deal for anyone who loves a cold fountain drink. The self checkout is seamless too -- place your items down, it identifies them automatically, tap your card or Apple Pay and you're out the door. No fuss. On lucky visits I find a rare Alani Nu flavor I haven't seen elsewhere -- the only energy drink I actually enjoy -- which always feels like a small win. It's a convenience store. But it's my chosen convenience store. And that's worth five stars.

She's truly the best!!!! People don't see Customer Service like that anymore. I have waited nearly 25 minutes just to be helped, only to be told they cannot find my medication after I was specifically notified that it was ready. There have been multiple occasions where I was told my prescription was ready, only to arrive and find out it wasn't actually available. This has caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and a major inconvenience in my life. Unfortunately, I rely on this pharmacy because it is the closest option available to me and I currently don't have reliable transportation to go elsewhere. No one should have to deal with this level of service when it comes to something as important as their medication. Management seriously needs to address the lack of communication, organization, and customer care happening here. If this is the standard of service, then major improvements need to be made immediately.
