Even though Hanford is a smaller city, this location has a much better selection of unique and rare products compared to the three locations in Fresno and Clovis.They actually have Almond Roca candy in stock (which the Fresno/Clovis stores ran out of--you could honestly make a decent profit reselling these right now). I also found the men's Gillette Pro-Glide 5+ with the bonus handle, and a great Chick-fil-A 3-pack featuring the original, honey mustard, and Polynesian sauces.My overall shopping experience was great, but I did witness something unpleasant. I saw a parent yank their child's hair incredibly hard. While adults absolutely need to keep their kids from wandering or going wild in the aisles, it should always be handled in a civil manner. If I owned my own restaurant, I would probably try to scalp the male cook and take him to my business to work instead. He is definitely a diamond in the rough. My coworkers repeatedly warned me to only order food if the male cook was cooking. I completely disregarded them thinking, how hard is it to put a burrito together. Surprise! One day I ordered an asada burrito to dine it that I was unable to eat, the burrito was still hot and fresh but the flavors were simply not there. There are several cashiers that work at the restaurant, one lady is short nice and wears a pony tail. The second cashier is a very young lady (age 19) who struts around like she owns the place. The young one sometimes works as a cashier at both the store and the restaurant. Young lady snaps back, is rude, borderline disrespectful, and she ignores customers when they ask for napkins, spoons, spicy sauce, chips, etc. Frankly I would be really surprised if the young one was not the owner or family of the owner. The young one conducts herself in a dismissive, unfriendly, arrogant, and unprofessional manner. If she truly is not the owner or owners family, she has absolutely no business working in customer service, fast food, or retail. With the wrong cook and the wrong cashier, these two can drag this restaurant into the ground. Management should intervene and have better oversight of their workers and food quality. Overall, the food and service are so good when the food is prepared right, I will still giving them a 5 out of 5 because the male cook and the short nice, pony tail cashier go above and beyond for their customers.
