Three days ago my wife and I took our Ford F150 pick up to this car wash. We've used Pit stop at…read moreleast six times in the past and got the $30 car wash which was a really good deal. The car wash always turned out really good and we gave the guys the detailed it a good tip. The last time we went, three days ago, the gentleman who checked us out said they had a new policy with rain checks, and it was a full five days. It was a little cloudy that day and thought well maybe it might rain the next two days it rained off and on and got the car pretty dirty and spotted. We took it back today and asked for the rain check and the gentleman seemed truly put out that I was asking for a rain check. There were two cars in front of me however, four cars came through and were driven away before our car was even washed. When we went to check the car, the gentleman asked us if we had the key and I told him the truck would not have worked. If I had the key. It has to be in proximity. He said he didn't have the key. Nobody had the key in the meantime, apparently the key was dropped or left in the backseat behind and underneath the passenger seat. Originally it was left by the cupholder in the front seat. I checked the vehicle looked really good. They did a great job and after we found the key we left and went home. When we got home, we found that 1/3 of the fabric softener we purchased at target and probably the same amount of laundry detergent was removed from the containers. We didn't buy them that way. In fact one is a see-through jug. Very petty I don't understand why somebody would do that it's too bad they've lost a customer..

On my way out to head back home to So Cal, I stopped for gas at Costco. It's a huge gas station with 16 gas pumps. It has the green and red light indicators for available and occupied pumps. Nice! Very clean place. Aisles are spacious which is great. A pet peeve of mine is having to squeeze through the aisle to get to a pump or to get out of the station. I rather wait. There was barely any lines at the time which was a surprise actually. It may have been later in the evening. Not complaining. I'll take barely any lines any time of the day. It was a very quick visit. Tap credit card, pump gas, and go! Gas prices at Costco are usually one of the lowest around town. Thank you Costco Gas! I got some photos somewhere, but can't find them at the moment. Will post once found or retaken the next time I'm back here.

The owners carry some of the best of the best with stellar honors when it comes to these beers. It's so rare to find a convenient store that is so clean. Even the gas pumps on the islands are clean. In fact every time I come into the store the employees are cleaning the store. As you stand in line to pay, the cashiers behind the counter even know whom you are. The manager of the store, Brenda makes a point to get to know her customers. This is so rare. Come and be apart of something special. If you live in the area you have been here. Have you been away for a minute stop and for all those "things" you need. Fill up your car and get it a wash. A happy car is a sound car. Open twenty four hours, and great customer service all the time. What's not to love? The hotel is near this Costco, so I decided to try to avoid the big lines and go there early. Great, no big lines, but still plenty of people pumping gas early. The station opens at 6 am and closes like maybe 9 pm, one hour after the store closes. Cheapest gas around and sure is less here than in California! Plus, if you have a Citi Costco card (doubles as a membership card), you get 5% off gas when you get it as a Costco gas station! I love they have those red and green signals posted on each pump island, telling you which pump on the island is available. You do know as well, that the pump hoses are long enough to stretch to the other side of your car id you pull in with your filler spot on the opposite side of the pumps. Just one thing I'd like is some windshield cleaning supplies, to clean while the car fills, but I guess that might slow the flow of vehicles ... sort of like when that big fat motorhome with a 75 gallon tank pulls in!

At $9, I would expect to get end up with a clean and DRY car... although my car was decently clean... with no more dirt/dry rain marks - the drying was horrible at this location. I'm pretty sure I'm sweating all over since I had to get out of my car to wipe down all the wet marks from my car wash. I wouldn't recommend this car wash. Although the free vacuum was strong and cleaned a lot of the crumbs in my car - that's the only pro about this car wash. Otherwise I would not return to this car wash. My favorite car wash is still located on St. Rose Parkway - at the chevron across the Dune Apartments. This place soaps your car before the wash and completely dries your car after! I'm always happy with the service at this location on St. Rose Parkway.

It needs to be highlighted today. We witnessed greatness! The best of Las Vegas and Henderson can be found here sometimes with individuals that don't have anything better to do but be ungrateful to others! The staff are wow!! When others raise their voices, and not use words to communicate it causes a big problem. We need to remember and have understanding for others in how we speak. Don't go to this shameful level. Let's use kindness to dissolve the hatred in the world. The individuals that come here to collect a paycheck have a heart and duty that they give to others each day they put their uniforms on. Store is newish with well maintained amenities, I usually just pay at the pump but today I was swayed by the new Guy Fierry inspired food items and was excited by the sign! Ha thier computer was down soo no Flavor Town Sammies today, bummer. Oh well Summer heat hits alot of business' I guess will be back to try these snacks. Always have good customer service at all Circle K locals and thier rewards plan is pretty good to save on gas and snacks!!
