This gas station is close to home, and since I've recently felt the need to put better gas in my car than the 76 brand I've used for years, I stopped here a couple of times. Because it's Chevron, it is pricey. I expect that. There are lots of pumps, well spaced, and you can enter directly off of Brawley if you are heading south on Brawley, or you can turn left at the signal if you are going north on Brawley. That particular turn will take you down a dead-end street where you enter at the far end of the station. Be aware of your surroundings and how you maneuver into the filling station. The first pump I tried would not take my credit card and had a big error sign on its screen. I had to get back in my car and CAREFULLY back up into another slot. Fortunately, that pump was working. Do not even look into the window-wash water. It is gross beyond belief. I'm assuming that's because they would like you to use their carwash. Although early in the morning, the garbage bin was already full at that particular island. I have not gone into their store as I am only a few blocks from home and have no need to as I am paying "at the pump." I'm just there for the gas, which I am trusting to be Chevron's high quality product. read more

I go here when I visit Fresno from the Bay Area. Going through 152/Los Banos, I get a plethora of bug splatter on my car. This is the only place that the car wash will actually get the crud off of my car in one wash. The bonus is that I can use my Safeway card for Chevron gas and get a nice discount too. Bonus: The vacuum area is amazing, and I never have a problem getting every nook and cranny in my car. read more

Went to the bubble clean car wash, the young gentlemen brushing the vehicle hit the side mirror light and cracked it. Spoke with the manger sitting inside store didn't even see it claimed this is something they didn't do. Filled out the incident form made me fill it out and sign then was told they aren't covering it. The manger was rude. read more

October 17, 2020 I spoke with Henrique the manager at Chevron bubble clean car wash and I expressed to him that their car wash had damaged my rims I just purchased my vehicle and I told him I just purchased my rims for $4400 I ask the person that was guiding me in and they can look on their video and see this I asked her will my carpet she said yes then I purchased the wash as I went through it drug my car through the rail I come out I told the managerI told the manager he said he didn't believe that happened here so he made me go through again damaging my rims again then he says I'll talk to the owner a couple of weeks went by I asked him what happened he says go and get an estimate I went to two different places both places said they were not fixable due to the way they were made so I took him my estimate for 2500 as you can see in the picture he called me back a couple of weeks later arguing not wanting to give me the owners First and last name he told me the manager of the store told me to take them to small claims court I told him it will be a dent on their credit if I did he said I'm done with this and they're not gonna take care of it I expressed to him it was his fault that he made me go through again and damage my ribs twice now as you can see in the pictures I am upset I feel disrespected and I will be opening a claim whoever reads this do not go to Chevron bubble clean on Herndon and Brawley The manager is argumentative broken English and disrespectful I had to tell him I could see it in your face you didn't believe me but when the car went through and it damaged it again I apologize and I'm sure he's on camera saying I've never seen anything like this before I'll talk to the manager and he took a report as you can see in the pictures do not do business with this company if you care about your vehicle The owners need to fire you! Rude Punjabi woman was the front clerk. Whether or not she was related to the owner is unknown however her attitude was very poor toward customers. The location appears new and clean but I'd rather support other businesses. I will not return to this lacking gas station in the future. read more

Super clean since it's practically brand new! There is an attached car was as well to this Chevron with vacuums. Chevron is the place to go to if your super lowwww on gas and need to get to a gas station right away as I am LOL! My only qualm is that the gas is pricier than Valero but at the same time gas is expensive everywhere since it goes up during the summer. There are 12 gas pumps here so we didn't have to wait at all as only a few people were here. The market attaches to the Chevron is called bubble clean and was super organized and clean inside. They also have icees at this location. read more

First I would like to say I understand the whole wear a mask in public settings rule. That is not what this review is about.. I don't appreciate the female cashier that was working in the chevron store on Herndon and Brawley on 7/3/2020 around 10:30a-11:30a. I usually stop into this gas station w my nephews when I take them on a walk w my mom and I(That's our little incentive for them exercising). When we first entered the store no one was at the register, not an employee in site. My nephews and I were already in the middle of the store and the VERY RUDE (female Mexican cashier w long hair) told us we had to get out since we weren't wearing a mask. I then replied oh man, really? (I wasn't thinking about bringing a mask on my walk) and she said "WELL YEAH REALLY". I don't ever post reviews but this lady really upset me. She didn't have to be rude and use the tone she did when I had two small kids w me. Kids are innocent and don't understand when people are rude. When we left the store, my 3 y/o nephew said "that lady was rude auntie". The store is always really nice and clean that's why I liked to come into this chevron but not after the way this rude employee was to myself and my nephews. Never again. read more

Henrique the manager is a real rude jerk, uses a different name when answering phone, doesn't call you back like says he will, doesn't contact the owners like he says he will, does his very best to brush you off or low ball his liability. The person with review of the damaged rims I had very similar experience, I hope you filed your claim, I will do the same, took my 2021 Chevy truck to the car wash, the guy with the scrubber broom carelessly dropped it on my windshield and cracked it, the manager after their investigation of the incident report admitted liability and agreed to fix with an after market windshield and not the one OEM Chevy glass that they broke,, My truck is not even a year old and they did not break after market glass, The manager, said he doesn't have a fax, printer, or willing to give contact info for the owners, told me to take them to small claims if I want my Original Glass replaced. read more
