I was on my way home and my gas gauge was at 1 bar. Before heading up the hill, I needed to pump gas. I wanted to get some McDonald's, too, so I decided to pump at this Chevron to offer my patronage even though its gas prices are a bit higher than its gas station neighbors. McDonald's and Extra Miles are attached to this Chevron which is nice. This gas station is very well lit. Exterior looks clean. It has 12 pumps available for use. I usually just pay at the pump and that's what I did at pump #11. No interaction with staff. Easy and quick with self service! That's how it's done!! I'll be back to support this Chevron unless Shell (that is right next door to them) is a whole lot cheaper. There is also an Arco within the same vicinity, but I don't pump Arco... their gas isn't good for my car LOL. read more

The restrooms are disgusting!!! Toilet paper is not even in the dispensary. That should be a health hazard. Trash cans are throwing up and out. I've never seen a Chevon so filthy and I travel. Nothing personal, the staff is very nice but, this is a very dirty store. The bathrooms haven't been cleaned in months! Black stuff all along the inside back of every toilet, the floors are filthy. The trash bins overflowing. A photo is too disgusting to post. Absolutely no soap, hand towels, or hand sanitizer anywhere. I'm so grossed out that I couldn't even order from McDonald's on property. By faaaaaar the slowest McDonald's staff I've ever witnessed. They literally take their sweet ass time like you're at a pricey restaurant when it's only pre made burgers and fries. They make how much now? It's also by far the dirtiest McDonald's with the girls bathroom being very disgusting. I bought a coffee and a lottery ticket from Mike last night and forgot my ticket. I came back today and told him and he gave me a new one no questions asked. Also the blonde cashier is a hottie. We come here not to often but when we do it's always a disaster. Literally. The girls bathroom is disgusting. All the toilets would be clogged sometimes even broken with the water just going but no one does anything or even put a "out of order" sign. Today my husband & I stop really quick to use the bathroom & get some sodas. Of course the bathrooms were a mess. When I went to go pay for our sodas the lady at the register told me next time I come I need to park in the street cause "I took to long". Seriously?! That's ridiculous we didn't take long at all. We were in & out quick. The employees here always rude but that was just to much. I'll never be coming back to this location. read more

Do not give this place your business. I needed the air compressor today and the clerk refused to turn it on. I understand you don't "have" to let people use the air but seriously you're going to deny people air who need it for SAFETY reasons, who don't need overpriced gas or want crappy overpriced gas station food. Her denying us using the air compressor was wrong. What's worse is just a few days ago a huge group of us stopped by here, gave a ton of business to the store and were treated much better by a young gentlemen. That will never happen again. This station is horrible and the employees don't care. I've been in there 3 times in the last year and every time it charges me the wrong price. I tried talking to the station manager but he wasn't there and they wouldn't leave a message for him. I called corporate to see what can be done. I have a Chevron card and spend between $2,000-4,000 a month at different stations. They are supposed to give you cash price for using your chevron card and this one never does. I talked to the attendant and they acknowledged there's a problem and give me the difference in cash. I wonder how many people have been ripped off by this scam. Luckily I don't use this Chevron much. I hope corporate figures it out since the station has been aware of it for many months and hasn't fixed the issue. read more

I still come here for gas... but that is something that is a roll of the dice every single time. The last few times I've been there, the pumps are either out of order... or the card reader is broken, or the keypad is malfunctioning, or I have to try and hold the pump juuuuuuuuust right so that the gas will keep pumping. I use Chevron gas religiously... but I have grown a genuine hate for this location. If there was a new Chevron next door to this Chevron, I would go there. read more

This cashier was taking forever because of this mistake she had with this guy she charged him too much I think but she took about 20 minutes just to fix some of it somebody please help this lady do her job next time and this took place at extra mile sieerra 15 freeway the one with the McDonalds inside it. read more

This place is disgusting!! Bathrooms stink and have trash everywhere. Doesn't look like the toilets have been cleaned in months. The faucets don't stop at the off position but keep spinning and running, wasting water. The air dryers are also falling apart, literally. Even their cups at the soda fountain have layers of dust and dirt on them. So grossed out right now. read more
