Though it appeared the owners, were quite active in regards to getting the location to run smoothly. Some hiccups included the pumps, and even diesel at the time. Diesel for example was out of order, and on another visit, pumping at a very very very very low rate (essentially out of service). Some noticeable yet disappointing visual construction yikes include poorly installed veener on the pillars near the pumps. I'm not sure who they hired to do that, but there was some noticeable low grade work done. On a positive note, it's the closest gas station to lytle creek, upon entrance and exit - though to keep the market competitive, just a little south more competition stations exist. So assuming you aren't on e, perhaps look at the cost of the other stations so that you could get the best value for your money. What makes this location unique is the many pumps (assuming they're all function upon your visit) the quick hot food available, liquor, and also presence where limited supply is in general serving the immediate neighborhood. I firmly believe that this location has potential - and I'm confident they can adjust as needed to stay competitive. I'll be sure to revise my review as more trips allow :)

I had to go badly so I checked to see if men's restroom was open and it was opened. I locked the door real quick since I'm only woman in there. Nobody was in there--I checked. But next thing I know, I felt there was a loud bang and I opened the door, there was an angry India man screamed at me. He needed Jesus. He was very mean and rude I'd ever seen. I've never been treated like that before. Was he even racist? He an old man with a thing on his head--be careful. He is not a nice man at all.

I wanted to get some McDonald's, too, so I decided to pump at this Chevron to offer my patronage even though its gas prices are a bit higher than its gas station neighbors. McDonald's and Extra Miles are attached to this Chevron which is nice. This gas station is very well lit. Exterior looks clean. It has 12 pumps available for use. I usually just pay at the pump and that's what I did at pump #11. No interaction with staff. Easy and quick with self service! That's how it's done!! I'll be back to support this Chevron unless Shell (that is right next door to them) is a whole lot cheaper. There is also an Arco within the same vicinity, but I don't pump Arco... their gas isn't good for my car LOL.

I pulled into this Shell gas station on Sierra Ave. Regular was at $4.55 per gallon and that is considered a tad high compared to $3.90ish at other gas places nowadays. Well, at least it's cheaper than before when it was at $5-$6 per gallon. I pumped gas and paid at pump #9. Unfortunately, I missed the receipt message so I didn't get a receipt and that's okay. They have a food mart with Del Taco next door. I didn't go into neither. Exterior was clean. Only gripe is the price. Nevertheless, I am grateful for its convenient location. Thank you Shell!!!

She began to yell, " Ma'am," and I explained, refrain from such a tone and label because it's unethical. Her colleague Joe kept inserting points that it's not feasible to use the machine in that capacity, although I explained that I use it in that manner whenever I'm there with no issues. Joe overspoke while I was speaking, after I explained that I was talking, so be patient to discern what I was sharing. Joe persisted stating, "I'm talking," and was very combative, stating how much tenure with the company existed and so on. I requested the manager's info. I called on 05/11/2026 multiple times, and the clerk kept ending the call without ever picking up to say hello. I called a few more times, then someone answered stating, "I'm with customers," and ended the call again. I called again and requested the manager, and the name of whom took the call. The clerk stated, Luis and I asked why are you ending calls while in a place of business? Said person, Luis stated, "Because I am with customers, but I'm not now, I had two lines, so I told you to call back in 10 minutes." Luis failed to state when the call was finally answered that I was stating the manager's name and asking to speak with the manager or to leave a message for the manager. Perhaps no customers would walk in within the next 10 minutes, and Luis could forecast that it seems. I asked when the manager would be available, and Luis had no idea. I've been going there for years now and never had a horrible experience until these two encounters. Business has ended.

I didn't encounter a service agents there but they do have workers available if you need assistance getting your gas.
