Even the fuel pumps are clean, with the windhield cleaner bucks stocked and clean. There is also a fairly decent selection of beer, given that the beer selection as it is is relatively small. The gentleman running the store was very kind and engaging with customers. One customer in front of me was visiting from out of the country, and even when his first debit card declined, the clerk was very patient and was in no way demeaning towards the customers. The clientele at this Texaco was also better than what you'd see at a fuel station in Flagstaff proper. I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm driving through the area. The service and bathrooms alone are worth it!

Not sure how long about the water. I think it's illegal to run a business without water, due to health issues. Maybe I'm wrong? The staff was nice enough, especially considering they're getting hammered all day long from tired, frustrated travelers who just want to use the restroom in peace. The gas pumps worked, too.
