This chevron closes its doors multiple times a day. Just stopped after work to pick up some soda couldn't get in there's about 6 to 7 cars in the parking lot everybody's trying to get in to pay for their gas everybody continues to hop back in their car and leave because you can't get in the door somebody is on break with a sign on the door saying will be back at 5:35 this is at 5:15 I'm not sure how much business a Losing but by the looks of it tonight it's probably quite a bit. My credit card was compromised at the pump I called corporate office to complete the advised me to call my credit card company which I had already time before I called them I asked them to have somebody come down and look at the machines they stated that they check the machines every day which I don't believe I do not recommend this gas station and really upset with that customer service from corporate this happen June 7, 2022 read more

Wow! Like, WOWWWW!!!!! (Trying to keep calm and PG-13) Went into the ExtraMile @ Chevron this morning at 7:25am and the lady behind the counter was super rude. (That's putting it very nicely) I even said "good morning" but she wasn't having any pleasantries. I asked to purchase $2 super lotto tickets and she yelled back, "how much?!" She sold me a powerball ticket, so I had to line back up since there were a few people in line and she looked at me as if I was bothering her and it was my mistake. I just told her TWO dollars "super lotto" twice because she pretended to have hearing issues. I've contacted Corporate about her. It doesn't matter if she's the clerk, manager, or franchise owner, her attitude is not what Chevron/ExtraMile represents. This is my last visit to this location. read more

For starters Zoila is by far the worst customer employee/ cashier I've ever dealt with. She's very rude and abuses her cashier power to refuse service to people when providing proper and legal california identification for an overpriced lighter. The gas is watered down and runs out faster than the chevron on paramount and firestone. Not to mention they take 30 minute breaks for poor management and literally close the store why people wait outside for their gas. Let me start off by saying this is the local gas station in my area I'm a resident of Downey and I like to get back to the local community that I live in but every time I come to this particular gas station you're a cashier Maria always has a horrible attitude so I skip this location to get gas from somewhere else I figured I'd try it again this time but the attitude never changes with her I walk in and she's too busy eating or should I say stuffing her face to even see that I'm in front of her trying to get gas when I draw her attention she moves as a sloth pace towards the cashier this lady seems as if she doesn't like her job he doesn't want to work here after I finish my Transition action I ask her Who is the manager and she says that she is I was really dumbfounded by that so I asked her who's the owner and she said this was a corporate company you would figure with gas prices is highest they are people wouldn't want to come here but I'm still trying to give you guys my business and have to deal with such unprofessional and rudeness out of this lady each time I don't believe she's ever been reprimanded or doesn't believe that she will be but she has horrible customer service and I rather push my car to another gas station then to come back to this one and deal with her read more

One of my fav gas stations . I love my car so I just don't use any type of gas. :) The gas prices are pretty reasonable and love the way my car runs with chevron gas . I could feel the power right away . The gas station is always clean and the employees are always doing their job . I give them props for it . Now , if y'all love ur car . The women who work at the counter need to seriously put a smile on their faces and realize they are working a job that requires " customer service". Even if you aren't having a good day, you have a job to perform and get done. We are very inconvenienced when went to get gas and pay cash and the clerk in on their break. Went there today and seen five paying customer's leave while I was there. I paid 15$ for gas and filled at 10.03 so I went back inside to ask for the rest of my money back "a refund" of what I didn't spend. I took the receipt which says how much I gave to her the first time, how much I used, and how much she owes me and which pump I used. As I approached her at the counter saying can I have the rest of my refund back pls? She throws her hands up at me like she has no idea what I'm saying and nor does she care. What happen to smiles and polite customer service here? She does this all the time too when it gets busy. She needs to learn how to deal under pressure every job gets stressful but a little smile and polite manner doesn't hurt anyone.. Anyways... Annoyed as heck that she gave me attitude specially because instead of reading the details on the receipt she asks me the questions she has the answers to on the paper.
