The ultra high pressure bay was open and I pulled in. This was great, it cleaned off the dirt very easily. Also the ability to use a credit card, instead of pumping in quarters, was very welcome. The engine blew in my car, so I was in the market for a used car fast. I went to a lot of places…read moreand my request was simple: I wanted a used car with 4 doors and A/C. Salesmen at multiple lots tried to sell me new cars, junk cars (windows broken out), coupes, sedans without A/C, etc. Art at American Auto Sales was the only one who listened. I looked at a couple cars on his lot, none felt *right*. Then, he told me he had the perfect car for me but it wasn't at the lot. We drove down to look at it. Lo and behold, it was perfect! A used sedan with A/C and super low miles. It was getting an alignment, so I got financed (ICCU per Art's suggestion) and went to pick up the car the next day. Art went above and beyond. He put new tires (with warranty) on it, had an alignment, and an oil change done. I was estatic! Fast forward 3 weeks, the car had an antifreeze leak. I went back for the last payment on my down payment and asked if he could find out where the leak was coming from so my husband could fix it. Not only did he find the leak, he had fixed it for free! Art provided the best service I could've hoped for at a car dealership. I am SO impressed. I will definitely go back there if I ever need another used car and I will tell everyone I know to go there first to buy a car.
