The place is spotless, the young female worker was a sweetheart (I don't remember her name) . I would definitely recommend stopping by!

It was delicious, made with smooth frozen custard with gooey toppings, huge portions, and great prices! The only negative is the very slow service. It was not busy, and with only one person in front of us it took over 20 minutes to get our ice cream. Not sure what the difficulties are, but it seems like the drive thru orders were being processed before any orders placed at the counter. A little annoying for us, and the family behind us ordering burgers were waiting for quite some time.

I think that man deserves to be recognized at work maybe a raise or the company take him out for a dinner of his choice with a guest of his choice! I don't know but I do know he was awesome everything was perfect, that's the only location we visit, strictly because they always get our orders right and they're super friendly and happy to be helping us! So once again!! ANDREW THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Notice the red undercooked portions of the burgers. When I squeezed them, the juices ran bloody.

Once here in Idaho, I wasn't as inclined to visit due to my fear that it wouldn't taste the same and the Idaho-shaming of visiting any location. However, I had an overwhelming desire for "animal style" well done fries and after a lot of begging, convinced my husband to come (this was not an easy task). We arrived around 4:30 pm and the dining room was roughly 1/2 full with a robust wrap in drive-thru. We were greeted by a friendly cashier who quickly took our order, then repeated it back perfectly. The kitchen was in a fervor, bustling to satisfy all the orders (really, a hard working team). We obtained our drink cups and the large, typical drink station was nicely stocked with a nice array of soft drinks to choose from. The odd thing to me is that whenever I've eaten at any other location in the past, I think the longest I've ever waited for my meal has been maybe 9 minutes, tops. No matter the time of day or night. We waited 23 minutes for our meals. It seemed that drive-thru is priority, then to-go, then dine-in. The animal style fries were pretty good, though I'm used to it being slathered with more sauce. Thankfully, I was able to get a few sauce packets and gleefully doused to my delight. However, the bun of my burger was so over toasted! The buns were actually hard and crunchy. I'm not used to that. The burger tasted like before but it was dry and overcooked as well. The lettuce, onions, tomatoes and cheese were very fresh and flavorful. My husband had the same experience with his burger as I did. Tables were not wiped down and the condiment station was out of almost everything when we got there. They didn't refill all the cups, chilis, etc. until right before we left. I really wanted to love my visit, but after this experience, and all the convincing to entice my husband there with this result, it's unlikely we will be back.

We arrived around 5pm and the place was empty with the exception of one family, but drive thru was consistent. We were able to place our orders quickly. Even though the combo upgrade (fries or tots + drink) is very affordable, overall meals are a tad on the pricier side. We ordered a basic cheeseburger combo and the Bacon Cowboy highland burger combo, total was $29, not including tip. The place has a "not updated since 1990", but clean vibe. Food came out quickly and our customized meals came out correctly. We were a tad underwhelmed with the look of the burgers...for the price we were hoping for a wow factor. The burger patties were pretty thin and overcooked (more chewy than melt in your mouth). Toppings were fresh and the buns were soft. Tater tots and fries were perfectly cooked, though fries come out unsalted which I'm not sure was intentional or not (I appreciated the option to salt to taste). Overall, a pleasant experience and I wouldn't mind trying other items on the menu.
