Good spot to refuel and get a bite to eat , I like to use this place in my way to San Jose

Been wanting to write a review for this Chevron location because lately it has been my half way stop going home from work. I work until the evenings and my commute is about 1.5 hours long so during that drive I will usually need to gas up and use the restroom. This location has about 12 gas pumps including a diesel area, a mini mart and a drive thru Carl's Jr. Everytime I have stopped by which is countless times considering its been about 8 months now, I have noticed the inside is always so clean. The ladies working the evening shifts around 5 to 8 are always cleaning, vacuuming or sanitizing the place. The women's restroom is always clean and smells like bleach, never once have I seen the toilet paper, toilet seat covers, soap or towels empty. It is always fully stocked up which is great because most places are too lazy to even look. The shelves in the small market are always fully stocked as well but most importantly the place is always clean. I just want to thank their team for taking care of the place making it a nice convenient stop on the way home. Keep up the good work! read more

This lady really tried to get in my business asking me what I do for a living because I used the self checkout then when on a rant about it taking away jobs. For real? Doesn't look like anyone lost their job here. And people like her are exactly why I use it. I don't want to talk to any of you. read more

Their gas is fairly reasonable in comparison with their competitors in the area, but I don't always feel like you get the full amount you pay for. I've put the same amount of gas at other stations and notice a slight quantity difference from others. The attached store has some friendly employees and they always do a good job in stocking their shelves and keeping items on hand. read more

Our recent stop at this Chevron was a matter of 3-way timing - Needing Gas, Bio-Break, and making sure we were on the road to hear the swearing in of President Joe Biden. My self-service experience was well....Same as it Ever Was. read more

The restrooms are always trashed. What I am upset about is that while my 8 year old daughter was in the women's restroom, some male Hispanic customer come traipsing out of the women's room. After checking that my daughter was ok, I complained to the attendant that grown men should not be entering the women's restroom and their complete apathy about the situation has ensured that I will not be returning. It happened so fast that I didn't have a chance to get a pic of this asshole, or I would have called the state police. Overpriced gas, filthy restrooms, and apparently staff with no sense the of decency. Many thumbs down. read more

This place has the SLOWEST gas pumps of all time. I only stop here because it's conveniently located and I always seem to get low on gas when I pass by this area on my commute to work in Sacramento from Concord. Don't stop here if you're in a hurry. I've been sitting in my car for almost 10 minutes and my gas tank is still not full. I drive an SUV and it takes twice as long to fill up here than any other gas station I've ever been to. read more

You have two options on the 680 - Chevron or Texaco.... Since this is on the side of the freeway where my office is here, trips to this Chevron are almost daily. We don't buy gas, we buy snacks. And by "snacks" I mean junk food. Game Changers: They sell Dryers ice cream, but I'm skeptical, it seems like it might be old :( The DO NOT sell scratchers, which is probably better for my addictive habit of buying them! Gas is pricey, but they can do that since they are in a remote spot on 680, what'ch ya gonna do?!? They have a car wash && a Carl's Jr attached. The quickie mart section is actually pretty small, but has a plethora of calorie options for any type of craving :) Decently nice staff, decent amount of parking for non gas-er-uper's, and decently clean banos! Nothing out of the norm, but a haven for caloric goodies to make me smile! read more

What I expect at a gasoline station. Clean pumps and nice staff, and restrooms available.

I went to the trouble to add this facility because the women's bathroom was so absolutely disgusting. Dirty paper and used feminine products could be seen on the floor. The station was not particularly busy, there was no apparent reason for this extreme neglect. This station is a blight on the Chevron name. read more

The people that work the convenience store here are crooks. Purchased a car wash and wouldn't honor it even through it fell within the 14 days. Historically has been poor service and just keeps getting worse. read more

I just came to this location for gas and the restroom. When i washed my hands in the restroom, i noticed the soap in the dispenser was coming out really watery. I didnt think much of it and drove off, I AM 110% SURE THAT I JUST WASHED MY HANDS IN SOMEONE ELSES URINE, MY HANDS REEK OF PISS! I AM COMPLETELY DISGUSTED! WHO THE HELL PISSES IN THE SOAP DISPENSER???? Absolutely nasty, never coming here again! When i called back and told the attendant, he just laughed. For gas purposes, this place is good. But for bathroom purposes, this place should be avoided. The Men's bathroom frequently has a line and the floors tend to be wet every time. The porta potty is even worse. I like the staff here, but the bathrooms are just bad. read more

Most disgusting restroom I have ever seen and gas prices are 30¢ above the average cost of gas.

I used to go here daily to grab a $1 large coffee refill on my way to work, but the coffee is just average at best and I started getting bored of the same morning ritual. For an additional $1 and some change, I go to Starbuck's most mornings now for a cup of coffee. It's not as convenient as coming here, but the coffee is better. It is quick for me to stop here. So, I will more than likely still come here whenever I'm in a pinch for time and running late. read more

The foam soap sputtered out in drops as I was sitting in my car for my car wash. And the blower is substandard leaving my car excessively wet. I asked for a refund and got my $13.99 refunded. I asked if the car wash is serviced weekly and was told, "it is serviced whenever they come. " As I was leaving with my refund in hand, the clerk was still selling car washes to customers in line. Where is the integrity. read more

Gas was $0.15 less expensive at the independent station next door. 3 stars for a clean and freshly bleached bathroom

We come here on almost all our trips between the Bay Area and Sacramento and vice versa. It's location is just about when we need a restroom stop and this is a known commodity. Unfortunately, the bathroom cleanliness is hit or miss. Lately 50% fairly clean and 50% dirty. This gas station is expensive for gas. The snacks are pretty good and they have a sufficiently wide selection. Powerade is almost two dollars and water one or two dollars depending on size. Ample parking in front for the mart. It does it's job as a stop but don't expect top service. The staff sits behind the counter chatting with each other. I'd be happier if they'd refill items, clean the bathroom or chat with customers. Overall given your remote Benicia offerings it is ok. read more

We always stop here on the way to and from Reno. Ladies bathroom has 2 stalls & is clean most of the time I've stopped by. However, this last time I came by, the ladies restroom had a "closed for cleaning" sign and I really had to go so I used the men's which was just one individual bathroom. It was really dirty with piss all over the floor that I had to lay out toilet seat covers to avoid stepping on it!! Disgusting! Then my sister needed to use the restroom and tried to go in the men's as well when the gentleman at the cashier stopped her, ripped the sign off the ladies restroom and allowed her to use it. That was a little weird...? Anyway, service has been nice here. The cashier lady was really sweet and offered to put my items in a bag. read more

Most of the staff is friendly and they have a good selection. They have gas city pumps and chevron pumps and you can pay for either one inside. Gas city is much cheaper. Bathrooms have good days and bad days. read more

Cashiers are always super friendly and nice! I come here on my break to grab a lemonade sometimes and the staff is very accommodating. I haven't used the restroom and looking at the other reviews I wouldn't want to. Just get your gas, or lemonade, and be on your way! read more

Restroom is filthy. Smelled like outhouse. Toilet never been cleaned. Looked like urine and feces misses for months.

I would stop here every day of the week for work, it is conveniently located and staff is genuinely nice. Always would have given a great review until today. I stopped at the pump to use the services offered. I ran inside real quick to get something to eat at the Carl's jr. About 5 minutes later while I'm waiting on the food an employee at the chevron came looking for the driver of the truck parked at the pump, me. I asked if there was a problem and the owner of chevron came to talk to me... no actually he came to yell at me. He went off on how I was blocking the limited number of pumps... there is 16 pumps btw. I told him I had planned on using the windshield cleaner offered at the pump. He continued yelling at me (inside the gas station) I was trying to be as respectful as possible calling him sir an apologizing multiple times. But that didn't stop him, he continued yelling and threatened to call the cops and have me arrested! He also yelled at me for arguing with him in front of customers which I had not done. He had come up to me yelling and calling me dude and punk all while I was addressing him as sir and being as respectful as possible. He them called my boss and began to feed him lies and slander. Apparently if I return I will be arrested. Needless to say I will never go there again he was by far the most disrespectful person I have encountered in a while. I highly recommend never going there. average gas station nothing special off of 680 but gas was over price as compare to city price.
