Floors were soaked with piss, broken sinks, no paper towels. Then I see the sign that this place was cleaned every hour. This place isn't even cleaned or checked daily. Half the card readers are broken or can't be read. Squeegees empty. Pump handles are covered in fuel, fuel spilled all over the ground. 1-1-19 just stopped for bathroom break at Texaco on Benicia, ca. The bathroom line was out the door...1 stall stayed occupied the entire 15 minute I waited on line. I Peeked under door to check if she was passed out??? the girl is doing something fishy...one shoe on one off....drugs ??? Not sure, so I tell the employee at the register they need to check on her.....I tell the employee, I think she may be shooting up in the bathroom....EMPLOYEE snaps at me... yells did you see the needle??? No but I know addicts shoot up between their toes to hide track Mark's. Way to go Texaco, your employees yell at the good guys and defend the druggies. read more

Made a stop here on the way back from Tahoe to the Bay Area. It was tempting to do a Kramer and see how far the car would go after the gas light came on but decided against it. This one was right off the highway, had a lot of bays, included a convenience store and seemed to have good prices which rounds off to a 4 star rating. read more

Perfect location for gas and snacks when you are heading to and from Sacramento and the Bay Area. The staff members are nice and diverse. I'm always pleased coming in with their positive attitudes. The bathrooms can be cleaner but I think I can say that for any gas station bathroom. The gas pumps are well lit and the glass wipers are always refreshed with new fluids. And for hungry people, Jack in the Box is attached to the building. Overall, I prefer this gas station over the Chevron that's on the other side of the freeway. read more

This is the worst gas station experience I've ever had. You can't pay by credit card at the pump - only debit - and they require you to have a Safeway card which is ridiculous. So I go inside to pay by credit card. They run the card then don't authorize the fuel at the pump. So I go back in - same experience. They ran the card 3 times and I had to call the bank because they were so incompetent that they didn't know how to reverse the charges. Never did get the fuel - went across to Chevron for that.
