First time doing business here. They are very friendly, sweet, and respectful! They work to meet your needs and have a 5 star for customer service! That is for sure! On the practical side, they didn't have the flowers. The website isn't updated very well stock-wise. The ones i ordered and the ones they replaced it with was not worth the money I spent. Delivery was a hassle and they are pretty spendy for what I got. I love to keep the money local but I'll give them another shot and see if they redeem. For now I rate 3 stars! read more

I ordered flowers for Valentine's day for my mom, and I ordered early in the morning, six p.m. they called me stating that they could not deliver because it was too dark. Fine that's okay I still understood my mom lives out far. I told them to cancel the order and just refund me money, they said okay. I was disappointed but I understood. 2 weeks later I still haven't received the refund and I've been calling almost everyday because it was $73.51. they don't answer and their voice mail is full it just sounds a little bit sketchy. I did call once before and they said that they refunded it and it would take a few days but it's been 2 weeks now and I still have not been refunded and I still keep calling. There is something weird about this company. I will still keep trying to get my refund it's $73. I would not recommend you can't get in contact with them they don't communicate until last minute. Sorry but this service was terrible. read more

I first visited Chet's after the tragic death of its new owner. Not knowing what to expect I trode lightly and kept my expectations low. That was a mistake. What I found was a vibrant flower shop full of little worker-bees ready to make or find whatever floral masterpiece that would make my occasion complete. I was looking for a cute houseplant for my girlfriend and I to enjoy and nurture. The staff led me through many different options, including new live plants that had just come in and a beautiful leafy plant clearly enjoying its watering-bucket home. Of course there were beautifully cut flowers, cuddly stuffed animals, and bright cards as well. I explored these at my leisure as my helpful clerk prepared my flowers with an adorable wicker basket, ribbon, and moisture-locking moss. The florist then talked about how to nurture our little family's new addition. As I was getting ready to leave, a representative from the City of Cheney came to pick up some flowers he had ordered for a city event. We were both treated with respect and great customer service, even though the city's order was undoubtedly 10x as large as mine! Overall, it was a fun and worthwhile experience and I will definitely return for all of my flowery needs. read more

I ordered a sympathy dish garden for my niece last month and what arrived was NOT what I ordered. I paid $75 for a white chrysanthemum in a basket. When I called to ask about it, the manager did not call me back. I am an unhappy ex-customer and will spread the work to all I can. read more

I called the shop as soon as they opened and referenced a picture that they had on their website. The lady stated that she didn't have that exact vase or some of the purple lilies but stated that she could make it look just as good. So i said go for it and asked my mother to pic them up. I also asked if it was possible to send me a picture of the finished product so I could see what my wife was getting. She said yes and I waited for the picture. My wife sent me a picture before the florist did and it wasn't good. I called three days later (That's when the rest of the flowers were suppose to open according to the florist) I explained that i wasn't happy because the of how "empty" it looked. I was told that I ordered the $50 bouquet and that the one in the picture is the $70 version! Not true! The picture is from the $50 arrangement. She was rude and kept interrupting me until I told I told her to stop talking and listen. She went on and on about how the bouquet is "set up" for the picture online, which I understand. She said that she didn't want me to be unhappy and that she would "Redo it". I told her the reason for the flowers is over and the meaning of them means nothing now. Needless to say i have been burnt twice by them and will not be giving then any more business. read more
