I liked their website and it offered a lot of different arrangements for me to look at. I called at 9 am when the florist opened. Spoke to a super friendly employee and she very quickly obtained all the information from me. At 2:00 pm, I got a text from my MIL that she received the arrangement, and she absolutely loved it! Thank you for the prompt service and brighten her day.

Thank you Antheis for a beautiful bouquet!!!…read more I live in Sacramento CA and desperately wanted to send my cousin flowers for her Graduation, so i started looking for florists on Yelp and Instagram, and found Anthesis, with Fantastic reviews and beautiful bouquets! I emailed Anthesis around 6 pm and got a reply in a matter of minutes! Talk about great customer service! The lady was super sweet, answered all my questions and took care of all my requests. I asked of she could send me a photo of the completed boquet before it was delivered to my cousin, let me tell you when I saw the photo I gasped! It was beautiful!!! Exactly what I wanted, the vase, the colors were perfect and the bouqet itself was bigger than I thought it would be! They delieved the bouqet with the note and it was perfect! My cousin loved it! I'm so happy with the purchase, I found my florist in Spokane WA. Definitely give them a call, the customer service is top notch and their bouquets are stunning!!!!

The staff and owner are the best. and very knowledgable. I would like to comment on Kristen J's experiance and just want to say that I have overheard rude and demanding customers treat these employee's like crap and think they are better then everyone else. I believe I was shopping when Kristin was and she was with her sister in-law, Kristins husband was so embarrased by his wife he went and sat in the car. The owner had just lost her husband during surgery and father in-law had passed away 2 months later. I will shop their as long as I can and send all my friends.

We pulled our carts to the front ourselves and asked the checkout shack staff for help. The clueless blonde said she didn't know what was going on either and did not offer help. We sat there in the sun until Brooke sauntered back, we got a couple more things and checked out for $2,600+. We got a $0.20 rebate through their Rewards program. Yes, a twenty cents for $2,600+ purchase. They wouldn't even give us free delivery, so that was an extra $200. Fast forward to $200 delivery, which amounted to wind-shorn plants in the back of a pickup truck. The trunks of two $300 trees were bouncing off the tailgate where they had fallen over. One tree was near death, with the entire top covered in crunchy dead leaves, browned branches and leaves severly eaten by insects. We refused the one tree and returned to Barn and Blossom to pick out a different tree, until we were told we had to pay another $200 delivery fee. NO, WE WON'T PAY FOR THE DELIVERY TO REPLACE THE NEARLY DEAD TREE YOU TRIED TO DUMP ON US. After, $2,800+, I would have expected a basic level of courtesy the first time we were there, at least the second time, but no. There is zero service and if I could give negative stars, I would. We have alot more yard to landscape and it won't be through Barn and Blossom. The response from Barn and Blossom's owner was, "We are glad you won't be coming back as you are not welcome." Such poor service, even from the owner...now they created a Disney level fantasy novella below about how great they are.

It was recommended to us that we go to Greenacres Nursery and in early spring. We did, selected a tree and they in a timely manner came out and planted it in our front yard. A Greenacres representative came out, looked at the tree and true to their word, assisted us the following week to find a replacement at their nursery in Otis Orchards. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone who is interested in dealing with an organization that stands by their products and stands by their word.
