Not only does she have a fantastic grasp on the Greenville market, but her eye for house renovations was a complete game-changer for us while we debated buying a fixer-upper. She was patient, showing us so many great options, and successfully navigated a highly-competitive market to get our offer accepted. We are now settled into a beautiful home in our dream neighborhood, excited to raise our daughter and watch our family grow. Jessica is professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her clients!

We are beyond grateful for Jessica and everything she did to help us buy our home. From start to…read morefinish, she was patient, knowledgeable, and kind--always keeping our best interests at heart. We ran into quite a few challenges, especially dealing with an uncooperative seller's agent, but Jessica never flinched. She stayed professional, proactive, and got the job done. The real standout moment was on closing day, when a gas leak was discovered in the attic. Most agents would've panicked, pushed closing and passed the problem along, but not Jessica. She immediately coordinated with the gas company and an HVAC team, and even managed to get the out-of-state sellers to cover the full cost of the repair and getting us through closing on the same day! Jessica is the kind of agent who goes above and beyond, not just to get you into a house, but to make sure it's the right home, in the right condition, with everything handled properly. We truly couldn't have done it without her, and we recommend her 1000% to anyone buying or selling a home.

Although he had assistance filling out the contingency agreement, he still got the timeframe incorrect. After initial inspection was conducted, two weeks later I had to ask him get the roof inspection scheduled. He never got more than two receipts out of seven repairs that sellers were supposed to have completed. I had to ask him to schedule final walk through appts. None of which he ever attended. He never personally ever went to the home, not once. Oh, but he collected his fees at closing for doing absolutely nothing! Sellers never fixed a few important items, dinged up the place moving, and left it incredibly filthy!! Again, he wouldn't know, he's never been there. I provided the sellers' realtor with 34 pixs of the damage and filth to no avail. It was sad, Kyle displayed no motivation or ambition to better himself or work for his client.

I hired Alexis Furman of Wilson Associates to sell my childhood home after the back-to-back deaths…read moreof both of my parents within five months. It was an incredibly difficult and emotional time, and I chose Wilson Associates because of their big name and reputation in town. Unfortunately, what I found is that behind the brand, there is no depth, no compassion--and no real expertise. Despite being in business for over 20 years, they clearly had no idea how to handle an estate sale. Rather than working with a qualified professional, they randomly brought in an inexperienced attorney who didn't understand the process, adding confusion, delays, and emotional strain to an already overwhelming situation. Things only got worse. Alexis threatened to de-list the home out of personal frustration, not because of anything wrong with the property, and then refused to speak with me for nearly a year--from August 2024 to March 2025 -- including throughout the close of the sale of the property (from which she made $20,000). This was a blatant violation of her ethical and fiduciary obligations as a REALTOR®. Her actions were driven by ego, not professionalism, and showed no regard for my best interests as her client. Had I not known Alexis's boss, Sharon Wilson, the owner of the firm, who is the mother of a high school friend--and called in a favor, the sale may have been irreparably harmed. That connection saved me. Without it, I would have been completely unprotected from Alexis's ego-driven decisions. That's not how real estate should work. That's not how clients should be treated--especially not by a firm that claims to be a leader in the market. Wilson Associates may have the name recognition, but they lack the basic competence and ethical standards that truly matter. If you're dealing with anything sensitive--especially an estate--do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
