At multiple points, her communication crossed from unhelpful into mean-spirited and unprofessional. No guidance, no advocacy, no effort to explain the process -- just sarcasm, impatience, and an extreme lack of professionalism. If you're looking for someone who will represent your interests, communicate clearly, and treat you with basic respect, look elsewhere.
