We also checked out the dog part and it was huge too. There's sooooo much space for dogs to run. My dog ran his lil heart out and had a blast. There seemed to be plenty of parking too, but we came at a non busy time so I wonder how it looks on a busy weekend. I loved my time here!!

Then the trail suddenly becomes a disc golf course. Now the disc golf course seemed really nice, but I wouldn't recommend hiking a disc golf course. You're just in the way if people are playing. There's a nice lake later in the course. Overall, I'd recommend it for disc golf or maybe just to hang out at, but I wouldn't recommend walking through the disc golf course like AllTrails recommends.

They have a bunch of really nice pieces I have never seen before. The playground is also huge. There is so many different areas to choose from. The only bad part is one piece of equipment isn't safe. My nephew decided to play incorrectly on the 4 person see saw piece and his foot got scraped up pretty bad. Make sure that your kids don't try to ride/sit/stand on the middle piece of the see saw. There were two groups grilling out at two different shelters close to the playground. They both surrounded the playground. The one thing that impressed me the most was how clean the restroom was. The restroom is super close to the playground too which is very convenient. This park is kinda far from me but I will definitely make the trip out here for the nibblings. Today, the park boasts basketball courts, trails, three restrooms, picnic shelters with grills, a softball field, a disc golf course and a number of volleyball fields. The picnic shelters can be reserved. Buried at the back end of a residential neighborhood, it is not located near any main roads or even a decent secondary. Tournament was delayed by two hours due to rain. When we arrived the fields looked great and there was ample space to set up your own seating. A few trips were made to the bathroom by my group and no complaints. At one point, one person when to the concession stand to see what was on the menu as we were starting to get hungry. Come to find out that even though teams were still playing, the concession stand had closed. Most places would make an adjustment to their schedule for delayed tournaments to ensure they stayed open during the last games. This may be an external group that runs them, and I get it, it's just tough to corral hungry children and convince them they'll be fine for awhile longer.

People seem to be completely ignoring the signs because the park was incredibly crowded and no one was social distancing. Luckily, we were able to find a secluded picnic table to sit at and eat our lunch. It seemed like a nice park and I would have loved to stay and walk around on some of the trails, but I wasn't comfortable doing that considering how crowded it is. I'd recommend trying to find a less popular park than this one if you're just trying to spend some time outside.
