A delightful park located just off 40th Avenue, near the entrance to the freeway. Known by older locals as the place where all the St. Helen's ash was dumped. Traditionally used for soccer tournaments and over the year, they've added a skate park, a great jungle gym and some bike paths. There are 6 full size soccer fields, tons of space to run and a large picnic shelter for a BBQ of any size! The bike path also leads straight down to the greenway path that will get you to Naches or Union gap, depending on which way you turn.
We come down here with the little dudes and our cycle tends to include a chance to kick/throw a ball, take a bike ride over to the play structure, hang for a bit and then go over and watch other kids skateboard. Never fails to entertain for at least an hour or two.
A great multi-use park with plenty to do and lots of room to run off energy. read more
