I want to say we've been using them for about five years. We have had better service from them than the two companies we had used previously (one went out of business). We feel like the price is reasonable for the work we have done. They start up our system in April, do a mid season check up on the summer and shut it down in October. We're given a four hour window for our appointments. They call when they're about 10-15 minutes away. The guys have all been pleasant. If anything needs replacing (it's rare, but it happens), they explain what needs to be done and why. The person I speak to in the office is great! I literally have no complaints about, or issues with, this company. I have not used them for anything other than our irrigation system.

He was very professional and checked the operation of all 45 sprinkler heads. He found one that was worn, quickly replaced it and activated the system. When we received the invoice for the extra work we were surprised at the low cost. Not sure I could have purchased one and installed it myself for less. Goodbye dog bed and plushie dog toys. Goodbye paycheck for the day as anyone who has ever had to deal with this sort of thing knows. You have to toss the awful smelly heavy wet items, mop up the biohazard, then disinfect everything. I felt sick for days afterwards. Back to my story - The river of sewage was very surprising as I had only washed my face and flushed the toilet once after I went upstairs for the night the night before. The plumber who came told me that the 3 townhouses next to mine are all connected to me and so if they have a problem (flush wipes, etc) it is going to back up in my townhouse. Definitely not the news I wanted to hear. He brings back all 105 feet of snake and finds hair and "strings" (indicative of feminine products). I like the term "drowned rat" myself. I receive an email from my apartment complex that I now owe $335 for the plumbing. Mind you, I use a drain catcher for my long curly hair and I learned early on from my father to always respect the toilet. I call Gravity Drain Services and kindly ask if they could reach out to my apartment complex to inform them what the plumber told me, that the issue could have come from the 3 townhouses connected to me. They decline. Wow. Is it too much to ask for the truth to be told? That's all I was asking. The little guy gets knocked down again. UPDATE - the rental company was told the truth and the charge was removed. Thank you for doing the right thing.

6/10/22 the city failed the Egress window Schultz put in, stating it needed a drainage system after…read morethis had been done over a year ago. Brandon, the owner of Schultz, never completed the permit. Our basement had flooded once in 2021 and again 2022 due to his faulty work. Schultz came out and claimed they installed a drainage system. Schultz told the city they did this but did not show them. On 6/29/22 the city stated it was approved based on what Schultz told him. On 7/26/22 my basement flooded AGAIN, it was the first rain since the last time he worked on our property in June of 2022. Per code in our county a window well has to go to a French drain or daylight drain if those are not present then one needs to be put in or a sump pump needs to be put in, neither was done. Two city inspectors came to our home on 7/27/22 after my husband dug all the way down to the footing and confirmed there was no drainage system in place. The lead inspector Brad at St Charles city called Schultz and advised there was no drainage system in place and Schultz needed to call us to make it right. Schultz met with us on 8/6/22 at McDonalds and advised he WOULD NOT be doing anything to rectify the situation. Then Schultz continued to lie stating the engineer was working with him on a current job which in fact was a lie after speaking with Broughton Engineering. Broughton Engineering also stated there needed to be a drainage system in place. Schultz STILL refuses to provide insurance information which tells me they have none. Schultz was sued for over 99,000 by a previous customer which I found out later and has yet to pay a penny of what he owes her. Brandon also admitted in court he had NO INSURANCE. This is not the first time he has done shady work. I have reported him the the BBB and Attorney General. Look at his google reviews. Check out "Deals Gone Bad" on FB, many others have pleaded with people to avoid him. Keep in mind some of his reviews are from his friends and wife. This man has only been in business five years and many people coming forward with issues and no resolution from Brandon. I have paperwork from the city stating Schultz is at fault, my adjuster and the engineer STILL Brandon refuses to do ANYTHING.

Everything was completed sooner than anticipated to satisfaction, and the inspection passed with flying colors. We paid $1600 to have mulch in our front yard, around our pool and a specific area in our woods. We had them come out and walked through each area prior to the bid. They mulched most of our large wooded area including our yard waste pile and the covered many of our ferns and other plants in areas they were not supposed to mulch. They did not mulch our front yard or the pool area. When we contacted them they said they used more mulch than planned when they mulched areas we did not want mulched so they could not mulch the front yard or the pool area unless we paid more.

I didn't think that tree would come down this year after the other quotes I got in the past. I accepted the job on a Friday, and by Wednesday, he had a team of four here to take it down. The owner himself was up in the tree making the big cuts. I asked to keep the big logs of wood, and they neatly stacked everything on the side of my house. They also took down some limbs on our big oak tree in the backyard. It's a really difficult spot, but they got it done without any damage. They did a great job, even took all the leaves in my front yard during cleanup. Highly recommend!
