I would never recommend him. When I booked, I asked for both home and termite, he never even…read morementioned he didn't do termite, I found out after the fact when trying to find the termite inspection results. Then I had to scramble to find someone else to perform the inspection within the inspection period. He missed so many issues with the house, which we now have to deal with: 1. The Heat Pump (which is the primary source of heat for the 2nd floor) was not working at all - and, according to a HVAC technician (hired to check everything out after closing), had not been working for some time. It was using the emergency mode of heat, which was immediately evident. 2. The washing machine, which was tested, was not working. The gears on the agitator were stripped, so it moves freely even when it's not turned on. 3. Every single toilet in the place had corroded toilet tank parts, which were immediately evident upon inspection. 4. Every bathroom sink had significantly more corrosion on the faucets and drains, which if called out, would have been an indicator of the amount of plumbing issues in the place. 5. The humidifier filter attached to the 1st floor HVAC unit clearly had not been replaced since installation, it was also corroded/rusted. This was also found by the HVAC technician. None of the above issues happened between the time of inspection and when we closed, these were obvious issues that have clearly existed for quite some time. It's our understanding that the entire point of a property inspection is to ensure major systems are working properly. I sent the above to the inspector and never even received a response. Not to mention that he updated the inspection report after releasing it to remove items without even discussing it with me, I had to follow up to find out why findings were removed. Do not trust this inspection company, their lack of a quality deliverable has ended up costing us thousands of dollars in unanticipated costs.

Their inspection of our current house, before we bought it, failed to find the following:…read more -a 26 inch wide water heater inside a closet that has only a 21 inch opening -an upstairs heat/ac system mounted in the attic and completely inaccessible for service or repair -joists and rafters that have pulled apart, leaving gaps of 1-3 inches -drywall tape that was never properly attached to the drywall and is separated from the walls -cracked vinyl corner trim on the chimney even though a rust stain was clearly visible on the roof -an improperly installed heat pump with a refrigerant line that was reduced just before it goes into the house Essentially the house was built around the upstairs HVAC blower and the water heater so we have no access to perform routine maintenance. Replacement of either component(s) will require ripping out walls and ceiling. In our opinion, and that of several service technicians we've had come here, the home inspection this company did was completely inadequate.

Mr. Albrecht and Hector inspected our first home this year and both of them were very thorough, walking us through everything step by step. We received our full report in a timely manor and Mr. Albrecht was available by cell for any questions. Three of our friends also used Glenn's services this year. We HIGHLY recommend Albrecht's Inspections. NOTE - This company offers home, well and septic inspections at once! That's a huge PLUS!

With the hot weather these last few weeks our AC has been able to keep up without running constantly, a sure sign that the changes made a HUGE difference. Steve and his crew were more than professional and always willing to answer our questions quickly and made this a pleasant experience for us. We would use them again anytime and have already recomended them to other families in our area.
