From the very…read morebeginning, she brought such a calming, warm, and reassuring presence into our home and immediately put us at ease as new parents. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and naturally wonderful with newborns. Not only did our daughter thrive under her care, but my husband and I were finally able to get much needed rest and feel more confident as parents. Jacqui also taught us so much along the way and always made us feel supported, never judged. We are so grateful for her help during those early months and truly cannot recommend her highly enough to any family looking for a compassionate and highly skilled doula.

She was kind, caring, and always made us feel supported. She truly felt like the big sister I needed during such an important time. The only downside of my experience was the lactation support. I only attended two sessions because, unfortunately, they were very stressful. During the first visit, the lactation consultant arrived late, seemed rushed, and left me with a few nipple shields that ultimately didn't work well for me. At the end, I didn't end up using them because they weren't helpful. The second session felt very similar. It also felt rushed and stressful, and my baby became stressed as well. Because of those experiences, I decided not to continue with the lactation sessions. Overall, I'm very grateful for Katie's support, and she made a huge positive difference during our postpartum journey.

I had high anxiety at first because she was my first child so naturally I had a million questions. Cleyce was so sweet, accommodating, & hands down the best caretaker ever. She genuinely loves the kids & builds a trusting relationship towards them. You can see how much the kids there adore her! The house is spacious, clean, with more than enough toys & books to share. The outside is perfect for growing babies/kids to socialize, play, & get their hands dirty! Cleyce is thorough with her COVID Guidelines so you feel safe. She has a husband & 3 kids; the 3 kids play with the kids sometimes too so it's nice to have a couple older kids in the mix. She used to have a couple helpers, but when COVID first hit, she had to reduce. **Note: I'm not sure how it is at the moment. Bella transitioned so smoothly (she did better than Mommy) & Cleyce even helped with potty training! I love the intimidate setting. It was so sad when Bella began to outgrow the place & ready to start Pre-k! Cleyce's home became our 2nd home & it was so hard to go. Bella still talks about how she misses Cleyce & it warms my heart so much. Anyone's kids would be lucky to have Cleyce care for them. She's the best & will always have a special place in our heart!

A man who identified himself as Chris answered the phone and you would have thought I asked him for his first born! People now don't want to do anything in their jobs. Instead of being helpful he started off by complaining how difficult it would be to locate her! How difficult is it to get out of your chair, walk in a class and call out a name?! Stop being lazy people, earn your pay. I entrust you with the only mother I have, she is 90 and has mobility issues, she pays for classes you don't give them out for free. How hard is it to say " don't worry, I'll get her the message" instead of acting like it's such a hard thing. Wake up people, you have jobs, take pride in what you do and learn from the work ethic in other countries. The quality of American workers has Declined horribly, workers are rude, uneducated, lazy, complain about EVERYTHING and complain foreigners are taking their jobs. Let's take pride in or jobs and be nice to each other. No paying customers=no job.
