If they don't have what you're looking for just request it either on the computer or by asking a librarian for help and they will have it sent over from another branch. I'm not crazy about the self checkout system because I prefer to deal with a human being but since all libraries are going to this system there's not much we can do about it. The times when I have needed help the librarians have been cheerful and friendly about helping me find what I'm looking for. The only bad experience I ever remember having was one time when I came in while there was a Zumba class going on in a side conference room. It was extremely difficult to concentrate with all the shouting and stomping going on. Being old school, I felt the library should be a quiet place. But overall I've been extremely happy with this location.

Almost 50 years later it is the same tiny, old, smelly library. Very disappointing.

Rachael and Sarah are the dream team - incredibly knowledgeable, empathetic and genuine. I opted for in-home visits so it was incredibly convenient to welcome them to my home and know that they had me and my sons' best interests at heart. It was always great having the option to text for quick questions or do a video call if needed. Also, I love how they would send me a recap of our visit so I could reference at any time (because those first few weeks are a fog). Katie was also a dream - I honestly have no idea how I would've survived postpartum without her. Thanks to an employer benefit, I was able to have her services for 3 night shifts and 3 day shifts and she was instrumental to helping us juggle newborn life with a toddler at home. Katie went above and beyond to check-in with me before my baby was born as my last few weeks were a roller coaster. She made the space for us when he was born 3 weeks early, providing me with the emotional and physical support I needed after my c-section. My toddler son looked forward to her visits every time - she was incredibly sweet and took the time to bake with him, read with him and make sure I was able to spend 1:1 time with my newborn. Our family would be lost without her!

Initial attempts to reach them by phone during regular business hours only went to voice mail, so I took to Yelp. I eventually received a phone call from someone at the business. They apologized for the mistake and prorated the amount for the shorter timeframe. They also discounted a weight overage, and that was appreciated. They offered to deliver a new dumpster, but said I'd have to pay another dumpster fee, but I declined and I'll just disperse what's left of the demo job in my home trash over the next few weeks. Here's where I think things could be better. This business seems to steer clients to book online. I called via phone many times, but the calls mostly went to voicemail. Speaking to someone in the first place may have prevented this issue, as the online portal mistakenly entered for my dumpster to be picked up a day early. They called before they were on their way to deliver the dumpster, which is nice. They did not call when they picked it up. They offer to charge an extra fee for additional days if needed. How would they do that if they don't answer the phone? Maybe there is a way to alter your order after it's been placed? But if there is, it wasn't clear to me. This was my first time renting a haul off dumpster from them. I could probably do it again without problems now that I know how the system works. They do have some of the best prices in San Diego area. The people that I did speak with were friendly.

The outside is perfect for growing babies/kids to socialize, play, & get their hands dirty! Cleyce is thorough with her COVID Guidelines so you feel safe. She has a husband & 3 kids; the 3 kids play with the kids sometimes too so it's nice to have a couple older kids in the mix. She used to have a couple helpers, but when COVID first hit, she had to reduce. **Note: I'm not sure how it is at the moment.
