They couldn't find anything wrong with the tire, and we hypothesized that I'd briefly gotten something stuck which had later dislodged itself. Lloyd listened to everything that I'd mentioned that I wanted done to my vehicle, and he addressed each item. Along with the tire inspection/road test I got an oil change, and part of my front bumper attached more flush to the car, all for a very reasonable price! Nonetheless I had explained my issues with his "partner" and asked if he was able to assist in the service due to his father being unable to finish the task. I did not meet Cody until a week after his father attempted working on my vehicle. During this time I expressed my concern to him about his father seeming unable to do the job but I was left on read about the situation. I was under the impression his dad did a replacement of my fuel pump but the vehicle seemed in worse damage as the fuel was no longer able to read nor the vehicle was even able to turn over, which prior to him touching the vehicle it would. Now my vehicle has been in the Nissan dealership since before the new year and they are unable to complete the service due to the neglect that Cody and his team caused. According to Cody and his team they replaced the fuel pump - under further investigation from the Nissan dealership they have found the fuel pump part that was purchased from Cody and his team was returned the day after purchase from the same man who purchased it. From my knowledge the fuel pump was put into my car, which begs the question - why did I pay them $710 for the part as well as $260 for a replacement service when it was returned the next day..? But of course Cody is unwilling to respond to questions about this issue. Or even supply me with the invoice number to the part since they cannot supply a receipt for the part. PLUS I vocalized the issues I had with his father and the extra damage that he caused on my vehicle and there has not been contact made regarding fixing those issues either. LASTLY! I was even cussed out by his father for not handing over money immediately after service considering my car was not fixed. Which I completely regret giving Cody the money to on the last visit considering they are clearly scammers. All this to say DO NOT GO TO THIS MECHANIC!

I stopped by in the morning and though they were very busy they got my vehicle in and made the repair. I had a bit of a wait before they squeezed me in, but I was happy to get it taken care of without an appointment. The staff was very friendly and professional. When they were done they told me it was no charge and have a nice trip! I was shocked, but very happy to be back on my merry way. They made an unpleasant circumstance not quite so bad after all. Great service at a reasonable price…read more Shortly after moving to the Columbus,IN area, my car started having problems. This place was recommended to me by co-workers and I'm glad they did. I've visited Automobile Diagnostics twice for separate repairs and left both times feeling great. The mechanics (they prefer Auto Service Technicians) are friendly and very willing to talk. To me, it seemed they really enjoy their job. I didn't feel rushed, they took time to answer my questions. Both times I've taken my car here (timing belt and then distributor), I've gotten quotes and, both times, Auto Diagnostics was the lowest. Both times it took around 24 hours to get my car back. To me, those two jobs are hard, time consuming work and it says a lot that they were able to get it done that quickly. It says even more that I have had NO problems after the repairs. They get the job done right the first time. It did take a few days to get my car in. Though, to me, that means they're busy and you don't stay busy if you're not good at what you do. The front office is clean and comfortable and they mange to keep their hands clean, even though their line of work tends to be dirty and messy. As far as I know, they don't specialize in any particular brand yet I've seen a variety of cars in their lot and garage. That fact, coupled with them staying busy, to me means they know what they're doing. As far my vehicles go, its not even worth considering another shop from now on. I know where to go to get my cars fixed.

We expected to have to leave the truck a few days, but no. Instead they took our truck immediately to the bay, gave us a tour of the shop , which in itself was the cleanest one we've ever been in, then brought us back to our RV, and in return offered to pick us up when truck was finished - all within 3 hours time. But they charged me $367 to replace bolts in the rear end of my car above my axle instead of addressing the problem that I had taken it in for.. I did not have a leak in the back of my car, and there was no recall although Honda did mention the bolts could be problematic. I went back a few days later as it was still leaking oil, they said they still couldn't find the leak!. Took the car to a different mechanic yesterday and they located the leak right away. I have photos to prove it. Called Hk yesterday to let them know that another mechanic located the leak, I ask to speak to the mechanic that worked on my car and was told by the GM that it was the most likely the owner and he would not speak to me... this tells me everything I need to know!! BEWARE
