There were no original tags as claimed in the listing. This was meant to be a Mother's Day gift, and I never would have spent over $1,600 on a used item falsely advertised as new. I contacted the seller within one hour of receiving the bag, and I even called the store multiple times to try and resolve the issue. Each time, they refused to take responsibility and told me to deal with eBay directly, despite their misleading listing. This store clearly lacks honesty and accountability. Avoid at all costs--you cannot trust the condition of what they're selling, and if something goes wrong, they won't stand behind their products.
