Well, the fishing pond is actually just a weed infested cesspool. The dog park poorly taken care of and smells like dog waste. The pools have been functional for 3 months of the 15 months we lived here. The gym has one working treadmill and one working elliptical, all other machinery is busted. The clubhouse, in all honesty, is pretty nice. While living here there has been a gun shoot out in the courtyard, multiple domestic police calls to the apartment the floor above us, and intoxicated people wandering around in the early hours of the morning. We had a dog while here. The apartment is very strict in move in about getting your dog verified to live here. They preach cleanliness and certain dog breeds. At every grassed area there is mounds of dog poop and no punishment for not cleaning it up. Certain breed are not allowed, yet those breeds are still here AND have attacked dogs. All in all, save your bank and sanity by NOT moving here

There are few things that's important to me while choosing my ideal apartment. Staff: Even though most of the time people don't need to deal with the leasing off staff besides paying the rent or getting their packages. But Issa and Lani are more than just the leasing office staff, they know which room that you live in, and they welcome you like how your family would do when you get back home. Most importantly I felt free to address any issue or problem I might have, and they are proactive so you don't need to keep following up with them. Cleanliness: Whether the apartment is clean or not is a big thing for me too. Especially the common area and the grass area. Grass is the easy spot to tell whether the apartment staff pay enough attention to keep it clean, especially for apartments that allow dogs. Well it should not be that way, but some dog parents just don't pick up their puppies poop. They always keep the grass clean, and if there's something messy or anything smells bad, they would clean it right away. I know that Traci works really hard to keep everything clean and she does check the building everyday to make sure everything is good. I was also impressed with how quick they are to get the work order done so that I don't have to wait. Last but not the least, if you don't know there are many people got their car broken into in this area. Some apartment might have cameras, but they don't really work sometimes, since most of the time people don't really check that while looking for an apartment. Season by far has the best security and access control that I know in town. All their cameras work. You get what you pay especially for a safe and comfortable place that you can call home. I cannot wait to move back to the seasons next week.

He said the gal will be right with me. The lady in the office was on the phone and didn't even acknowledge I was there. I sat there for about 5 minutes and still no help from her. I was listening in on her phone call and it was all personal. Nothing about business. So I left. The maintenance man asked what is wrong and tried to get me back in. I told him it seemed like her personal call was more important than leasing an apartment to me. I won't recommend this place. I went out of my way and wasted my time to be ignored. I recommend seeing Jordan at the Southpoint location. Very courteous, acknowledged me and helped me right away. Go see Jordan.

We had so many issues and problems since moving in with certain things that needed to be fixed and or replaced but it was like pulling teeth to get them to simply respond, let alone send maintenance over. When we moved in, carpets were dirty, blinds broken, and vents dangling down from the ceiling, bathroom vanity pieces peeling back from the wall/mirror due to water damage and just little things missing throughout the apartment, such as drawer handles, door knobs, even light bulbs.. Every time I brought up something that needed to be fixed or replaced, they would telI me.. "We'll have maintenance come look at it" but they NEVER DID!!! I fixed all of it myself, except the fridge, dishwasher and sink faucet leaking.. It stayed like that the whole time we lived there, they never bothered to come fix it.. We even went through almost 2 months with no AC in the heat of our first summer there, all because they didn't want to replace the AC unit!!! The manager there isn't a good person at all.. MANAGEMENT THERE IS GARBAGE!!! They are nothing but LIARS!!! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! Moving out from there was the best move yet!!!

It has taken 3 days of us calling to get a maintenance guy out to fix our heater and water heater. This is the middle of winter! We've had so many problems with maintenance that I can't even list them all. On top of that, they started making us pay for water and suddenly started tacking on a "property tax" to our rent. People are leaving this place in droves and they are making the rest of us pay for it. We can't get out of here soon enough!!

    Terrible terrible experience since we have moved in August. We have dealt with roaches, big and…read moresmall. We have dealt with an ant infestation they come from the molding on the walls, in the cracks of the floor, where any plumbing fixture comes through the wall. We asked about the roaches and they said "they were working on getting it taken care of" well 3 months later and it's still an issue. The apartment we live in has been a Living nightmare. The plumbing is garbage, our kitchen sink doesn't drain well due to how it was installed, we get a very nasty stench that will seep threw the drain on occasion. Our bathtub does not drain. It will drop 1in over a 12 hour period. We have been using a gallon sized cup and have to scoop it into the toilet to be able to use the tub or shower again. Been like this for 2 months now. Our air conditioner has leaked since we moved in here we sit going into November and it was never fixed, also the disgusting filter has never been changed either. Going on for 3 months The main frontroom and hallway light fixtures and most of the outlets in our front room do not work. It blew the breaker and shot sparks in all directions from the panel and the switch itself. We were on firewatch for the next 4 hours to make sure there wasn't a sleeper fire in the walls. Our bathroom sink also has not had good drainage, anything more then a trickle causes water to build up in the sink and 10 minutes to drain. "Maintenance" has "completed" most of the work by just submitting the work order as complete when it was a Sunday at 1pm. This place is a joke, maintenance is none existent. We were told that the unit had been "remodeled" "we used a new company and we didn't like their work." Coming from office staff. " we knew that unit had issues would you like to move into a different unit no charge" nothing ever came from that conversation. They said they wouldn't fix any issues until we paid rent. There are laws in Utah that protect us from this exact issue, yet they walk all over those laws and use evictions as a threat to get you to pay when they won't fix anything to start with. I will be adding pictures to my review later today to prove their wrongdoings. We picked this place because we didn't have to pay for covered parking or media package. This all changed within weeks of its moving in. Receiving a letter saying it's now required to pay for parking as well as they will be introducing a media package. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE

    Renter BEWARE I…read morewouldn't recommend moving in until plumbing has been replaced. The plumber told me they have 2 in drains. They're supposed to have at least 6 in drains because the apartment above drains through. Needless to say the upstairs neighbor had gray water flooding my apartment several times. This is disgusting normally, but in the age of COVID it's even worse. They sent a person one time with an old mop and bucket of bleach water who didn't move a thing. Management is horrible to deal with!
