Fine place go looking for the particular piece of furniture that you feel no one else in the neighborhood will have, and probably overpaying for it. But, what is not cool is when you find that these pieces are available online and from other vendors at a lower price. I brought this to my salesperson attention, who at first was very defensive and taken aback, but then negotiated with me to lower their price. We did like walking around the show room and attempting to find a nice piece of furniture to meet our need in the specific layout/presentation areas. The inside of the apartments are spacious and nice but the management of Gardner Station Apartments is horrible. They say they are open until 6 pm but always gone by 4:30, takes weeks if at all to get a call back or email. When we terminate a lease they refuse to provide a checklist of what you need to do. The apartments are nice but management is causing the place to go downhill fast. Cornerstone that owns the apartments is aware and acknowledges the issues with poor management but has done nothing about it to fix the situation. read more

I could make this review paragraphs and paragraphs long about our experience. It is actually quite sad because we do really enjoy the inside of our actual apartment (they are spacious which was nice). The area of the apartment was fun if the apartment can manage the parking lots. All of the other things we have dealt with completely don't make the small enjoyable things enjoyable. If you have any issues or want to talk to management, good luck. They are the absolute worst at responding to emails, takes weeks and constant emails saying "did you get my last email?" There hours are beyond confusing no one understands truly when they close. When you try to talk with them they simply do not care about your situation. The sad thing about it is I have so many neighbors who feel the same way. We had cars broke into, our actual storage unit broke into (inside the building) - there were so many promises made that they were going to resolve and up security. Never seen any changes. I am not oblivious to crime and things happening, but how management deals with situations is so completely unprofessional and at the end of the day they care about there checks getting cashed. It's quite funny the millions of notes that get posted on everyone's door with all these rules and fines yet I still see nothing happen. Parking is a nightmare in the sense of they threaten that everyone will get towed if they don't have a permit yet cars have sat and sat and sat for months with who even knows where they come from. The inside of the buildings are dirty to me, my floor is hardly vacuumed and the stairs are disgusting. Your garbage gets picked up outside of your apartment door everyday, which is nice. But no one follows the rules and garbage sits out in the hallway for days and smells the entire place. No one cares. We truly needed to be able to stay here longer, but we literally tried every option under the sun to get the heck out because of how horrible our entire experience has been. read more

This apartment complex is horrible to work with. No one ever answers the phone messages or replies to any emails. Also office hours are listed until 6 no one is ever there after 4:50. We put in our applications and deposits over 6 months ago and after just inquiring when they would be done and if we could get an update were told there was no apartment available for us. We were offered a refund only for the deposit and still haven't seen it or heard anything at all about it. We're finding another place but it's so inconvenient when we were banking on an apartment for 6 months. From all the other reviews I really think we dodged a bullet. read more

If you love stepping in dog shit every time you go outside, having your stuff ruined and stolen, and having a management team that will not respond or acknowledge you... this is the place for you!!! If I could give them zero stars I would. They do not enforce any of their so called "rules" they are rude and unprofessional and they could not give two shits about their residents. I really love living here. The apartments are gorgeous and the staff is amazing! My only complaint is that you have to pay $400 to use their clubhouse which is truly insane and unheard of. Literally, never heard of anything like that. I would have loved to host my sisters bridal shower there. Other than that, it really is a beautiful apartment. They will help you to deal with many things so don't be hesitate to get help. Jacci and the other people working in the leasing office are always so friendly and eager to help out. I have brought a few concerns to them over my time and they were addressed immediately. Renter Beware: Stay here if you want dogs and cats and are okay with dog piss and crap in the halls, stairwells and the elevators. The smell is absolutely nasty. There's a massive shortage of parking outside and the underground parking garage door works about 90% of the time. There's a number of issues with assigned garage parking with people parking in your assigned spot. There's issues with broken down cars that have been sitting for months' and months. The upside is the place is new however if you need something fixed you'll be lucky if or when maintenance will fix it. Noise control is non existent, people partying late into the night jamming their music, floors and walls are thin so you can hear everything side to side and up and down, really loud motorcycles coming and going all night, dogs howling all day and night. If you like weed and want a contact buzz just go outside on your deck and there's plenty of people smoking weed. For me this was an added bonus! The smoking rule is not enforced, if your okay with people smoking on their decks and on the property or you are a smoker who likes the smell of pets this is the place for you. The management is very new and a lot of the help is very young. I think the management and staff needs a lot more training on what to tell new renters as well as current renters. The management needs to train the staff much better on issues that arise and on basic questions related to service issues and basic contract details. They have a number of system type issues that relate to running a property this large. It's very important to understand there are a number of additional charges in addition to the rent that you will be paying. You have basic rent charge and mandatory charges that all add up. You'll be paying rent $$$/mo PLUS about $120 in common utilities: common gas, common electric, water, sewer, trash that are almost always full and overflowing, plus valet waste that is often not picked up (does not include apartment power and gas) + $60 garage parking (maditiory) + $80 internet (mandatory) + $12 Insurance (mandatory) + $12 Real Estate Tax (mandatory) + Power Bill (huge windows make it cold in winter and hot in summer) + Gas (furnace runs all of the time in winter due to massive windows). So plan on Rent plus an additional $284/mo approx.. billed by apartment complex, PLUS power bill $50-100+ in summer. Gas bill $50-100+ in winter. I rented several storage units and a garage. Some of the storage units and garage were being used by maintenance. The front office rented them to me and I'm 100% sure it pissed off the head guy in maintenance. My storage units were keyed over after getting them keyed to me as well as never keyed back over after following up, luckily I took pics and video of everything. Do not trust the front office or maintenance guys. Document everything (pictures and video everything) when you move in and along the way so you have evidence, when you make changes to anything, when you need something done. Do not call the office if you have any basic contract questions they don't know what they are talking about and haven't been trained properly by management. The property manager Jackie doesn't stand by what her own employees tell the tenants so trust about half of what they say. Don't assume a standard 30 day notice like most apartments. It's 60 days and if you plan to move out in 30 days your rent will go to the "market rate" which was an additional $450/mo if you don't have a lease in place. It's in the contract so be aware of this obviously, it's just super shaddy. This could be a really nice place to live if it was managed better, maintained better, all of the pet waste in common areas was cleaned up, controlled the noise, weed, smoking, partying, parking issues. Firstly, running into a challenge or two is normal and expected when moving, and especially when renting. These apartments are beautiful and modern outside and in, and I am very much looking forward to moving in. When I ran into some complications, one of the leasing agents, Michelle, came to the rescue and, unlike some of the other agents, did all she could to resolve the issues I had faced. She referred me to the property manager Jacci who is an absolute angel! Together, Jacci and Michelle resolved every problem I presented to them and I could not be more pleased with their professionalism and customer service. They are quite relatable and easy to talk to which, for me, was the icing on the cake. Because of those two, I know I can trust that moving in, living in and moving out of Gardner station apartments will be a very smooth, pleasant process. If I could give a zero star review on how a professional they are, I would. As previously stated in other review, they don't run your application automatically. They sure take the money though. The hours are rediculous. Door and internet say two different times yet even then they still open and close as they wish with no notice. Working during the day, it's IMPOSSIBLE to go in, they never return emails, you're required to sign a lease allowing them whenever access to your apartment. I do believe that's nit legal in most places. You are not allowed to put anything on your patios aside patio furniture. You have to request lights in the bedroom??? Management has no problem taping notes to everyone's door for mindless things like patios, but can't even return an email when a resident needs assistance. It may look nice, but for the $$$$$, keep looking. read more

They're so modern and new! The pool and clubhouse are gorgeous and the staff is so great to work with! I love the views from the apartments, and all my friends think my apartment' is so nice! I have lived her since February and I love it here! All of my neighbors are so friendly and the office communicates great! There is an awesome fitness class and I can't wait for the shops to go in soon! All in all this is a great community and I am happy living here! read more

I absolutely love it here. The staff has been very open and honest with me about the things I should expect on the property and they have been nothing but helpful. Even though the property isn't done and they don't fully have any amenities, they are doing things on their part to make up for that, for example they have brought in fitness trainers to makeup for the lack of the gym, they do small resident activities like "breakfast on the go", and they always make me feel very well taken care of. I can't complain about the construction because I knew what I was getting myself into and the apartment is beautiful. Highly recommend it here :) read more
