Bill Stubblefield was extremely flexible showing us numerous houses over a Sunday and then being able to write multiple offers due to our constrained timeline. We also had a great experience dealing with the mortgage broker that they suggested.

I would recommend Modern Real Estate for anyone that wants the most honest and hardest work to help their family find the perfect home. Thanks again Paul and company!!

She truly listens to your needs and will use all services available to create beautiful listings that will attract buyers. She understands that great photography that highlights your home, without them looking dingy or creating rooms that look like their shape is from a carnival mirror, will create the favorable impression of your home and will actually get them in to see all that your home has to offer. We looked at other realtors who did not seem to understand the importance of the online presence for today's market, as some realtors still think if an industry prior to the internet. If you want a realtor that does use technology to the full advantage, then I have no trouble recommending Traci for your selling needs. As a buyer, she also really knows the neighborhoods and listens to your needs to find the right property and will negotiate through the closing process. She is proactive and driven. Again, I cannot speak to the whole office, but I would not hesitate to use Traci in the future and think that she will really help your buying or selling needs to be successful.

She took time out of a busy weekend to do a couple showings with us and walked us through some of the confusing parts of buying a home, initial questions about loans, etc. She never made us feel pressured to go outside our budget or rushed to decide about things. Instead, she accompanied us while we navigated our different options and provided her professional perspective when we asked for it. A year later, we're super happy with our choice and would recommend Faye to anyone looking for a realtor.

From start to finish, she handled every detail with professionalism, care, and an incredible eye for value. Tracy coordinated everything: recommending smart, high-return upgrades, arranging cleaning and staging, and managing professional photos and video--all while our tenant was still in place. We never had to fly out or lift a finger, which far exceeded our expectations. Within just a week of listing, Tracy found a qualified buyer at a price higher than we anticipated. She helped me to quickly sell my old house for higher than the asking price, and was also very helpful with my efforts to quickly find a new place and managing to buy it under their asking price. She helped me to know what I needed to get my old house prepared to sell, and helped to stage it so it would look attractive to buyers. It's definitely in your best interest to listen to her advice on preparing the house to sell, it does make a big difference and she knows what she is doing to get your house sold quickly and hopefully for more than asking price! She's a bulldog on your behalf when she needs to be for negotiations and discussions with the other parties. She's also very good at not pushing her opinion on you, she asks your thoughts and if she needs to will give you information to add to your considerations if it's for home pricing or if asked will do a 'light touch' with her own thoughts on the suitability of a house. She'll also want to look you in the eye when she asks if you like the house you're strongly considering, to make sure it's one you really want before you get too far down the pipe. She also is very responsive by text or call which is super helpful during such a stressful and intense process. I hope Tracy will be a realtor for a very long time, I don't plan to buy or sell a house again for some while but I want her to help me when I do!
