Which we had to pay a couple more hundred just to recoup so we wouldn't lose our whole deposit. The owner is very overconfident in her skills and I would definitely look somewhere else!

She called my daughter a "Bridezilla" because she sent a sweet as can be email saying that her price was too high for her budget and would just like sheet cakes. We are not down to the wire where she bought supplies or anything. she responded back so rudely - "no more questions, no more changes or you forfeit your the deposit" . So we fired her and found out all the bakeries in Traverse city run how you would expect-with kindness, happiness, answers questions and gives quotes immediately.
