I felt it was unreasonable to ask them to buy new covers for wording that was off... Because the quality and service was good, I will go to them first for any personalization I need.

Once they moved out of their small location and into a warehouse they have become extremely inconsistent and the last time that I came in with the same uniforms that I have been bringing they turned me away stating that now they have changed their policies and they do not take outside items. Here is were the first problem start I wished I would have received a prior notice to this and I never received an email or a letter and mind you they have all that information in their system. They stated that they now do not take outside items after I had paid the fee of embroidery and it was just so simple to order new uniforms as new employees came in. They have also changed their policy to by appointment only. As a business owner who has time for appointments I always try to use small businesses but no wonder corporate companies are running over small businesses. I will now take my business with rush order tees who have been amazing and helping me transition as I needed my uniforms as soon as possible. And to the owner good luck with your new policy you have just lost a loyal customer.

I contacted Erus Pro. through Yelp, looking for a place that would engrave a small urn. I was told…read moreto come by. I sent a picture of the size of the urn next to a ruler and tube of lipstick to show size ahead of my visit to store. The store hours are listed above so I drove 19 miles on Sat morn. When I got there the store was closed. I called and left a message I had been there. I received a call from Mike? saying he got a call. I gave him the message I left and was headed back home. He said I could drop the urn off at a house not too far from me. I put the urn in a small pouch along with a prayer card that gave the info needed for the engraving on the porch of that house on Sat. I called on Monday to see how it was going and got a messsage:" thats a small urn, I don't think it can be engraved by me. I'm sorry, I thought it would be bigger." I answered "I enclosed a picture showing size"? He answered.. after looking at it, its too small. So I asked when I could pic up the urn, he said go now, someone will be there to leave it outside. I drove back over to that house again, picked up the urn off the porch but it didn't have the prayer card enclosed. I knocked the on the door knowing someone was there but they wouldn't answer. I drove home and text him the issue. He said... they forgot, they'll put it outside. I've already wasted two trips, not doing a third.

On simple jobs any embroidery shop should be able to do. It was made clear by the tone, energy and interaction, they just didn't want my business. It's a shame we still have to deal with this in 2026.
