So they class might have been more than I was looking for , but i you are looking to open a screen printing business, this is the place.The staff was very informative and the one on one attention is amazing. I feel like I learned quite a bit and fever people with prior printing knowledge learned a lot. I thought the extra time to answer questions alone with the each step is a process technique (making you do the who thing from start to finish) was amazing. I felt we had just enough time and doing a shirt each day, really gave us the time to enforce the knowledge. They have all the equipment you could ever use and enjoyed the company tour...so clean. I would recommend them to anyone looking to learn.Thanks guys read more

Having only purchased from Texsource a few times, I have been blown away by their customer service. Personally spoke to Ryan on the phone twice. Responsive to say the least, and has gone above and beyond in correcting a troubleshooting issue; all outside of carrying a wide array of products to support what I need around the shop. Would recommend this company to any silkscreen printers on the East Coast! read more

Wow. Really disappointed with the customer service I just experienced. I've been to one of their courses before and loved the company so when I called to get more information about purchasing a new heat press from them, I got an awful attitude and short answers from the woman who answered the phone. I was asking basic questions about rental options, repair options, repair suggestions, brands they carried, and sizes. Her tone of voice was so incredibly annoyed as if I was bothering her at her job on a Monday afternoon that I quickly got off the phone. I'll be buying online somewhere else since they essentially drop ship anyway. So much for buying local...not if I have to deal with that kind of attitude. Suggestion: don't put that woman on the front end dealing with potential buyers, it's the fastest way to lose money. read more

They saved my butt yesterday!! I completely ran out of white ink around 5:00pm and had to have my T-shirt's done by this morning becuase my customer was scheduled to pick up at 8:00am for an event. Texsource stayed open till I could get there (2 hours away) to help me out. Huge help! Not to mention Dawn, in customer service, is always so friendly and helpful to speak to. read more
