Norton's in New Market; they drove approximately 5 miles, loaded it up, 5 miles back to their lot. Charged $375. That's correct, not a typo, $375. They advertise as being open 24 hours but we called just after 11:00 PM to ask if we could come and get the car....guy said no after huffing and puffing for 30 seconds. We then asked if we could get some important heart medicine out of the car. Nope. Went to pay the tow bill and pick up the car next morning...$375. I made sparky comment about how high the bill was and the guy says, "did you see the other car?" What a stupid justification; what does that have to do with towing my car? Nothing. It's a racket, not "policed" very much at all. They charge what they want because they have your car and you ain't getting it until the extortion fee, I mean tow bill, is paid. Be careful who you ask for if you're ever in an accident and need towed. Rating is an absolute 0. That's ZERO.

Everyone was very helpful to get us back on the road. They even worked Saturday (closed that day) to get us on the road safely so we could make it back home. When I was released from the hospital the next morning, they told me they would get me in an hour. They didn't show up until 2.5 hrs later...as I sat, very ill, in a cold hospital lobby with no coat (left in my car from ambulance). The man demanded $150 cash to get me from the hospital and take me to my car. He told me on the trip that he had bets on whether I was drunk. And he complained about having to work around the vomit around my car. When we got to the wrecking place, he said my key was on the wheel and dropped me off. I got in my car and could hardly steer. I waived him down and said something is not right. He shrugged and drove off. I tried to drive a little more, but something wasn't right. I called the guy again, and he wouldn't answer his phone. Essentially, he left me on the side of the road again, but this time, I had $150 less money. What was wrong with my car? He bent my control arm. Had to get new rack and pinions, totally jacked up my alignment, and totally ruined two tires. Oh, and nobody would ever, ever call me back. $2000 later....... Thank you for turning the worst sickness I ever had into a completely torturous experience. I really have never been treated worse in my life. You owe me $2150.
