For whatever reason I am a fan of Natural Grocers…read more On this occasion I came for meat for my Danes. Very limited selection available here and the least expensive thing they had was the grass fed ground beef for $7.59lb. I think this was the sale price. Guess my two are dining well tonight. I also found eggs for just under $3.00 dozen. What I couldn't find was Heavy Cream. Goats milk, Kefir, oat milk, soy milk, almond milk, half and half, etc. but no heavy cream available in 1/2 pints, pints, or quarts. This is somewhat a small store compared to a couple I've shopped at in Phoenix area so maybe that's the reason for a more limited selection. I will say check out was relatively quick and employee was pleasant.

They have quite a bit of organic stuff, the vegetables are always fresh looking They even have some Frozen organic items which were particularly of interest to me. I've been when it's been crowded and not crowded and the line through the checkout area has always been fast. I like to shop here to support a local business. But I find I have to go to some other organic natural typeplaces to complete my shopping.

Walked around the store after returning an Amazon purchase (appreciate the ability to do that). I…read morehave enjoyed their organic strawberries in particular lately as they are fresh and taste good. They still have the hot and cold buffet that is $11.99/pound now. They still have the pizza take out bar with a variety of toppings. They have some items or brands you won't find in other places but may not have brands you get elsewhere. It's nice to discover some new things you haven't tried before. The bakery has some tempting things to look at. The store is large with wide enough aisles so you can browse easily. Prices are a little higher than other places but some things may be worth it. The parking is limited only because of all the other businesses in the area. I'll go back and look around again. I can usually find something I want to try.

Walk straight into the fruit and produce area and then I wind my way around usually picking up items. I didn't plan on buying like chocolate bars and popcorn. But the store often feels manageable and not overly crowded. The parking lot also is not as chaotic as the one on Oracle and ina. Fruit always looks pretty good as do the vegetables and avocados which I shop a lot for. They could really step their game up in the florals department. Then it would almost a one stop shop for me!

I also appreciate the store's liberal refund policy when there has been food that wasn't good for some reason. The store is also always very clean. Sometimes for a while they're out of the organic red lentil pasta that's the only kind I can eat, but I just started stocking up when they do have it. What I especially appreciate about this location is that whenever we've needed help, every employee has been very responsive, and for me personally the most helpful has been David at the fish counter. I have a challenging illness that requires me to be on a very strict diet called low histamine, so I have to have extremely fresh fish and meat that's been processed and frozen very quickly. David always tell me which kinds of fish that I've been able to tolerate have been delivered that day, and gets me frozen fillets from the back because ones that have been sitting out defrosting are riskier for me. It's scary adding foods back into my diet as I improve, especially ones I've never eaten before like new kinds of fish, and he has made this process significantly less stressful.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The manager on duty was very unprofessional and I would never…read morerecommend this store to anyone.
