12-13-2023 I've been with Dr. Lloyd since he opened his office. I was a Dr Buchanan patient and…read morewhen he retired I transferred to Lloyd. The past 20 + years was good but wasn't able to be seen by the actual Dr. Lloyd the past 7 or 8 years, I can't remember when I actually saw him, but I understand the game. Other "doctors" in his office took over so I went with it. I had my son added when he was 18 last year and that took effort to get him an insurance card with Lloyd on it to get him in as a new patient because it was a pediatrician before that. Now a year later I call to get him an appointment for an upcoming surgery referral, the nurse that answered said my son had been dropped for missing an appointment. 20 plus years from Dr Buchanan and I have my wife and daughter as Dr Lloyd patients and they deny my son as a patient right before an upcoming surgery that needed scheduling. No questions from the nurse that took my call as to why my son needed to see the doctor, just a "sorry no new patients but I can put you on a waiting list" Now I'm searching for a good doctor for me and my family and hopefully I can find one that knows his patients.
