What can i say-when you hire a realtor it's for an important life event-buying or selling a home…read more We hired Crystal early 2021 to help us select a home to build in Nocatee. Coming from Ohio we couldn't be down here all that much during the building process. Crystal was there literally at all the important stages! from signing a contract, the design center(a huge help), first walk through with the builder, hiring an independent inspector, checking up on our house without us asking and keeping us updated throughout the whole process. She was a welcome extension of us, representing us very well during the process. We are very pleased with our Providence home and not sure it would have ever happened without Crystal! You will not be disappointed!

Of course, she was great with all the communication a realtor and client must have. But what really impressed us was her sheer knowledge of remodeling costs, granite and quartz levels, and flooring options, not to mention where and how to get anything done as we were from out of state. We were building from three states away and she kept us in the loop constantly. I cannot stress how impressive she is. Go with Crystal!!

Hi wanted to thank Lillian and her team, JoEllen and Jayne, in the strongest possible terms. They…read morewere absolutely extraordinay, a real privilege to have them in such a delicate time as selling my home. She and her team did first an amazing work analyzing the market. They knew one by one every single home sold last year, they had been there and remembered the history of each house sold, details what was crucial to define the price of my house. They then implemented a successful strategy of revamping my house, her advice that the potential buyers believe that potential repairs are more expensive than what they really are, that it is better that I put the house to its best, which we did: excellent strategy. She was correct with the pricing, which was much higher than what I initially thought, which made the process run smoothly. But she went beyond her duties, because she personally made the improvements, she personally bought beautiful and installed decoration, lamps, fans, doors, etc., to make the house look great, she hired a company for a great staging, and I was delighted as the house did really look great, she hired excellent guys to fix everything else, she and her team even put flowers that took out from their own yards!! She was there with open houses, inviting many realtors which she knew, she was there to receive potential customers. She took the time to educate me, explain me every step, respond to my questions immediately. It was a a privilege, a real blessing to work with them, I have not enough words to thank them.

I would not recommend Morgan Property Management based on my experience as a property owner…read more Throughout my time working with this company, there seemed to be mistakes at nearly every step. Communication was sloppy and inconsistent, maintenance issues were handled poorly, and I repeatedly had to follow up, clarify information, and correct problems that I expected a professional property management company to handle. What was especially disappointing was the level of professionalism in their communication. Both my tenant and I experienced interactions that I felt were unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. When concerns arose, I did not feel they were handled constructively or with the level of professionalism I would expect from a company entrusted with managing someone else's property and communicating with their tenant. Ultimately, the experience created significantly more work and stress for me rather than making property ownership easier. Based on my experience with their communication, attention to detail, maintenance coordination, and customer service, I would not use Morgan Property Management again and would not recommend them to other property owners.

We asked Susan to show us a property we were interested in that was just listed. We needed to be first in line to see the listing because we were interested in making an offer. The place was listed for more than we were comfortable with paying. Susan did some research and contacted the owner. Using comparisons she was able to convince the owner to drop the price by almost $10,000.00. Once the price was adjusted we made an offer and it was accepted. Once it was accepted she was able to recommend the contractor who we ended up hiring to renovate our apartment he did a great job and was very reasonable. She was also able to get us a fairly substantial rebate from a government program for military families that we had no knowledge of. Susan was reliable, honest, well informed, and with us every step of the way on our purchase. I highly recommend Susan, she worked hard for us and I trust her implicitly.
