The words "truffle sliders" on the side of the truck caught my eye. I'm obsessed with truffle things lately. So I walked up and was greeted in Danish until we told him we speak English. He told us all about their ingredients and food options. I wasn't super hungry, but knew I needed to try something! So we ordered too platters of the nuggets+fritters. The chicken nuggets are battered with pesto and fried to crispy perfection. On the side is a truffle aioli (mayo) for dipping. Oh. My. Gosh. Incredible. The fries were thick and crispy and also went great with the truffle aioli. My family and I finished off the platters pretty quickly. So delicious. If you ever find yourself in Copenhagen, you need to hunt down this truck! Nom nom nom.

I like that - because it really shows that less is more. They both taste amazing, and if you need some more heat, there are sauces on the side, that you can add. The van moves every day, so it's not sure that it's on Stefansgade. One taco is a small snack, and three (for 70 dkk) is a small meal on the run. I don't think that three can count as a dinner, you need something more.

They serve good tacos and the man cooking and serving it - he does know his stuff (I've watched him being "interviewed" by some Mexican customers at Torvehallen). I love all the tacos they serve but my favourite must be the spicy sausage one (more like falafel than sausages to me, but hey - I'll eat anything as long as it tastes good)- The vegetarian option is very good too, as a matter of fact, I love them and want them all. Wish I could have a taco subscription or klippekort! That could've been convenient :P

Inside everything is nice organized and also clean. Looks REALLY clean! I love that. I actually got inspired to cook some mussels for tonight's dinner. They looked very nice. So I bought the mussels and the sweet lady gave me a little cook book with it! I decided to follow a recipe from the book /why not/, so I went to the supermarket next door to get all the ingredients. it was amazing! my family loved it. Of course we implemented a nice service with special china and candles :) All of the mussels opened up, which is a sign of good health and freshness. The be only suggestion I have for this place is that they should display the origin of the fish sold. I was a little bit skeptical about some of the fish and knowing more information would have been very helpful (and I may have bought even more!). So if you are looking for some idea for dinner, this truck may help you to decide. Fish is always an good idea here in Denmark. I will be definitely back! Have a nice Yelpy day!!!

The big difference is that Langos seems heftier and thicker and therefore can hold a lot more topping. I think the price for a sugar or jam topped one is Kr 25 which is not bad. I had the one with meat sauce and garlicky crème fraîche which was really fantastic. The sauce had a lot of flavour and the dough was hot and freshly fried. For Kr 45, it's a little pricy considering they're not that big. They are good for a snack, but I think would be too small as a meal. It's super easy to order at the stand because every item is listed on the back wall with a huge photo of it so you can see what it looks like. I did have a hard time eating the very messy langos. Quite a bit did end up on me and the ground by the time I finished, which made me sad because it was delicious. + delicious fried food + sweet and savory options - a little expensive for street food - in the middle of Nørreport metro construction and nowhere to sit down (I'm not sure if their cart moves around, but this is where I found it).

My travel buddy and I stopped here on the way to the train station for a snack and a soda. I got the plain salted Langos, with the garlic oil on top. I found it to be simple, delicious, and a perfect companion to a cold coca cola. Easy to eat on the go, and fast to grab from the cart. The woman who runs the cart is also very friendly. Price seemed reasonable, but only in comparison to the exorbitantly expensive dining scene in the City.

The meat was tender and juicy; everything was seasoned well and delicious! And there aren't many places (if any other at all) where you can get yucca fries, so they were fun to try. Like potatoes but slightly sweeter with firmer flesh, if that makes sense. Normally I prefer ketchup with fries, but the chipotle mayo was actually good for putting out the small fire in my mouth after eating the tacos. There are some hot sauces at the 'counter' if the food isn't spicy enough for you, but one of the tacos was already pretty damn hot. I am unfortunately not sure which one it was... try your luck! (;

After paying, the guy behind the counter kindly said it would be a few minutes and he'd bring it over to my table. What he brought me did not resemble the lobster rolls that I've encountered. It was almost completely covered by fresh coriander (which I love, but this was a LOT) and some fried bits. While the lobster itself was good, the pieces were small and dressed heavily so the whole thing was difficult to eat in such a soft bun. I ended up eating it with chopsticks that we got with some gyoza from another stall. Tasty but not what I was expecting.
