The staff treats you like family.. the office is immaculately clean.I have not seen a dentist regularly for years but I will be from now on.. they explain step by step what's going on.. I actually had such a bad molar that I was positive they would just have to pull it.. but he literally resurrected this sad tooth from the dead.. I agreed to try a new procedure called Bioclear... I think he is the only dentist offering it in the area .. he is also a teacher of the procedure for other dentists who want to learn .. He is very skilled at it even though it's new.. I was ready to sign on the dotted line that very minute he was done with this sad sad excuse for a tooth ... cause he gave it life again.. there wasn't much to work with either.... I want the bio clear procedure on all my bad teeth .. I felt no pain either.., when I get a tooth pulled .. which I have done with a few others.. man that's some pain.. but this had a few uncomfortable moments.. but no real pain like I have felt before at other dentists. ..yes my mouth has been sore for a few days.. and my gums and jaw are sore.. it is a few hour procedure but we'll worth it...and I can't wait to get back in that chair for some more magic tooth fixes! As of the beginning of this year this is the second time this office has called and cancelled a…read morescheduled appointment. This office needs to call in temporary help if it cannot meet the needs of its patients. Teeth are a high priority and I expect a dental office to appreciate patients with this mindset and not act nonchalant about canceling a patients appointment. I have set day and times that I'm available due to my own work schedule and this office wouldn't be able to accommodate them until 6 months from now?!?! This indicates an office management issue that shouldn't be put upon the patient. I already took my business elsewhere when they cancelled my hygiene appointment in January and said they couldn't get me in until July if I required a later afternoon appointment. The rest of my family will be discontinuing service as well after they cancelled my husband s appointment and couldn't accommodate his schedule until summer.

I worry about coming in for my annual cleaning, or bringing my kids, even if they take "precautions" in the office. How can they ensure patient safety if all the employees don't take precautions outside the office? These are supposed to be educated, medical professionals.
