The staff treats you like family.. the office is immaculately clean.I have not seen a dentist regularly for years but I will be from now on.. they explain step by step what's going on.. I actually had such a bad molar that I was positive they would just have to pull it.. but he literally resurrected this sad tooth from the dead.. I agreed to try a new procedure called Bioclear... I think he is the only dentist offering it in the area .. he is also a teacher of the procedure for other dentists who want to learn .. He is very skilled at it even though it's new.. I was ready to sign on the dotted line that very minute he was done with this sad sad excuse for a tooth ... cause he gave it life again.. there wasn't much to work with either.... I want the bio clear procedure on all my bad teeth .. I felt no pain either.., when I get a tooth pulled .. which I have done with a few others.. man that's some pain.. but this had a few uncomfortable moments.. but no real pain like I have felt before at other dentists. ..yes my mouth has been sore for a few days.. and my gums and jaw are sore.. it is a few hour procedure but we'll worth it...and I can't wait to get back in that chair for some more magic tooth fixes! The dissatisfaction comes at the end when I was told this dentist doesn't do all dental work?? I was referred to another dentist to do part of what would be needed and than would need to come back to this dentist to complete my implant.

Dr. Cho Is excellent and some kind of Ninja with the shots. I've seen him a number of times now and never feel them. Dr. Cho prepped and fixed a bite issue. Sonja finished the fillings, took her time, and did an amazing job. My teeth look great! Sonja and Dr.Cho both have a careful touch always asking if I was comfortable. Everyone is so friendly and I always feel well cared for. All of the work done has been excellent.

I had two cavities filled by them and subsequently had to return twice in the following week after having it done because I couldn't bite down on the tooth with the new filling without pain. They ended up taking the filling out and placing a temporary filling, stating that something technical must have gone wrong during the first filling. I still experienced pain with the temporary filling, so they told me I most likely need a root canal now. When I asked if they will be paying for it since the nerve damage was the result of a mistake they made in a filling, they said they would only be putting what I paid for the cavity toward the root canal, which was only about $50... the dentist herself didn't even come out to give me this news, the tech told me. Needless to say, I will not be returning to their office.

Later I cold cocked him innocently.( Dr P said "raise your hand if it hurts." After starting to drill immediately after giving me the shot. I kept raising it. He kept drilling. As an adult I haven't had any fillings except to replace the ones I received as a kid. I have a lifelong fear of dentists due to my experience at this dentist. He was a nice person but I felt like he used my mouth ($$$) to put his kid through school. I usually try to get second opinions as an adult.
