As of the beginning of this year this is the second time this office has called and cancelled a…read morescheduled appointment. This office needs to call in temporary help if it cannot meet the needs of its patients. Teeth are a high priority and I expect a dental office to appreciate patients with this mindset and not act nonchalant about canceling a patients appointment. I have set day and times that I'm available due to my own work schedule and this office wouldn't be able to accommodate them until 6 months from now?!?! This indicates an office management issue that shouldn't be put upon the patient. I already took my business elsewhere when they cancelled my hygiene appointment in January and said they couldn't get me in until July if I required a later afternoon appointment. The rest of my family will be discontinuing service as well after they cancelled my husband s appointment and couldn't accommodate his schedule until summer.

Many working for this dental office are not wearing masks, openly encouraging others to gather/not…read morewear PPE, and not doing anything to prevent the spread of COVID 19. I worry about coming in for my annual cleaning, or bringing my kids, even if they take "precautions" in the office. How can they ensure patient safety if all the employees don't take precautions outside the office? These are supposed to be educated, medical professionals. I might be taking my business elsewhere, and I encourage others to consider doing the same.

Stay away, unless you want unnecessary dental procedures done. I visited this office twice, six…read moremonths apart, and the first visit was fine, although the front desk staff always acts put out when checking patients in or out, as if it's a huge inconvenience that they have to put down their phones or interrupt their conversation to do their jobs. I've never had a filling or a cavity in my life, but when Dr. Wildhaber examined my teeth on the second visit, she said that one of my fillings had fallen out (from the center of a molar, allegedly) and she could get "way up in there" with her tool. I told her that wasn't possible since I'd never had a filling. She backpedaled and said "oh well maybe it was sealant that fell out." Fine, that's possible, I did have sealant put in there many years ago. However, I found it hard to believe that she didn't notice this at our previous visit, and no other dentist had even flagged the area previously to keep an eye on it. She wanted me to schedule a filling on the spot, which I did but pushed it out a few weeks so I'd have time to consider. I was nervous to have them perform a filling because my boyfriend was in the midst of a terrible experience with this office at the same time. He visited Dr. Wildhaber after not having dental insurance for a couple of years, and she decided that he needed to have some previously done fillings relaced. She replaced three fillings in one quadrant of his mouth, and based on the x-rays, told him that he had extra-large sinuses and therefore would not be able to get root canals, so he should be extra diligent with his teeth. Fast forward a week, and the pain from the filling replacements hadn't subsided. There was also now a huge gap in between two of his molars that wasn't there before, in which food kept getting caught painfully. After a few weeks, he called them up and they said to come back in and they'll fix the gap and adjust his bite to try to get rid of the pain. At that visit, they did fix the gap, but decided to perform yet another filling replacement, seemingly at random. They adjusted his bite, but after a few more days it became clear that that hadn't fixed the problem. He went back in AGAIN, at which point they said he'll probably need a root canal to fix the problem. No mention of the fact that they previously told him he couldn't even have root canals. They then never sent over the referral even after he followed up. So basically, my boyfriend went from not being in pain and having no noticeable issues with his teeth, to constant pain in the quadrant of his mouth that she worked on. So, with everything that he'd been through, I decided to get a second opinion before letting her touch my teeth. I went to a very-well-reviewed office in Olympia, explained the whole situation, and after x-rays and a thorough examination, that dentist told me that I didn't have a cavity at all. He was actually outraged that Dr. Wildhaber would recommend a filling. My boyfriend then visited this new dentist as well, and they told him that he likely doesn't need a root canal and they have several things they want to try to alleviate his pain before taking that kind of invasive action. Needless to say, we cancelled all future appointments at Olympic Dental & Denture.

They said due to the lining they couldn't get them to meet appropriately. They said they tried scraping at them and couldn't get the lining off. They recommended Tenino denture clinic. So on the way there my dad was able to scrape the lining off with no effort. We went into the Tenino denture place and they were able to repair them with no problem. Don't go to this place.

My father was a dentist, so I am extremely picky about selecting a dentist. I chose Wilson & Wilson…read moreafter speaking with the staff on the phone and perusing the internet reviews. I am quite pleased, the staff is excellent, the doctors are conservative - something you always want in a doctor. They don't rush, they take their time to explain your options, give their recommendations and let you decide. Their work is exemplary and the staff is exceedingly well trained and quite lovely. I've been living on an island (literally) in the South Pacific for 15 years so my dental work has not been the best, and they are doing an exceptional job bringing my mouth up to standards. You could not do much better than either of the Dr Wilsons for your dental care

I have had such a warm and welcomed feeling, from the moment I have walked into the dental office…read moreon the first appointment almost 2 years ago, but nothing made me more grateful and blessed to find Dr. Christian Wilson more than most recently when I went into an urgent appointment for pain on my left upper side. After he made me feel comfortable by asking me how myself and my family was doing, he did an exam and x-ray. He diagnosed my pain as being an abscess and that meant what I dreaded the most...."A ROOT CANAL!" What he did not know was that the last one I had 8 years ago, from a dentist that should not have a license to practice, resulted in me going from the chair to the ER with 2nd degree burns to my mouth and throat that caused me to go into respiratory distress! Like that wasn't enough, the dentist had no concern for my well being and actually looked at his watch without empathy as he asked me "do you want me to continue or are we done?" He could have killed me that day, leaving 4 beautiful children without a mother, and all he cared about was keeping to his schedule..... as if I was the inconvenience in his day. That experience changed my love for the dentist, for what I thought would be, forever. Dr. Christian Wilson changed my opinion and now I have that love back. I no longer fear the chair and he is the reason why. The root canal he did less than a month ago was a breeze.....no pain and was done within the hour. Since then, I have had no problems and my life has resumed as busy as ever. He is the reason I was not slowed down. I am a mother of 4 teenagers and Dr. Wilson & Wilson will be our dentist for life. What they both don't know is.... that they can never retire, because we won't let them. They are "too valuable and loved." Our community desperately needed these two doctor's of fine dentistry and we are so grateful they are here! Thank you Dr. Wilson & Wilson for bringing my excitement back to see the dentist!
