Then, just the other night I saw The Samurai and The Prisoner. I am ADA and usually have no issue getting into an accessible seat. I did show up, purchased a ticket on the way in for ADA - the whole row was marked empty... when I walked in, imagine my surprise that it was full of people who were supposed to be seated elsewhere. Being honest, people are so crazy these days - I am already exhausted so I just crawled up the stairs to the seats empty above. My food gets delivered and the guy was confused trying to deliver it to the guy manspread over three seats of ADA with his girlfriend and his coat and all his stuff thrown over chairs. I waved saying I had to move because they were in my seat. Suddenly manspread guy - it was exhausting seriously. He kept getting up and sitting back down and getting up and sitting back down while apologizing and saying I'll move all my things... at this point I'm already seated dude. I really just want to eat my flatbread pizza in peace and watch the previews. I genuinely had to ask him to please stop and sit down. So, hay - usually, us disabled people are already tired and broken and in pain - I really don't have it in me to deal with you. I get an ADA spot because walking up even one stair is painful but asking you to move and standing around while you do so - it's easier just pole vaulting up the stair. Being able bodied is temporary and I encourage you to please just be mindful of how your actions affect other people.

if you've got a moustache, you should be here…read more i do adore the parlour, but i won't drop the "o" in moustache. why take the "o" from moustache and keep the "u" in parlour??? i seriously don't get it. but what i do get is excited for the borderline bizarre variety of shows that occur here. this is a very creativity-oriented venue, combining shows and performances with things like locally made goods and eccentric books and zines. add stumptown coffee, organic teas, and local brews on tap (while the draft selection is rather piddly, they're still a young business, so i'm hoping this will change). throw in some gin & tonic flavored mOustache wax, and you've got yourself a party. i mean, i'm still working on my 'stache, but even if you haven't got one, the parlour is worth checking out. prices are average to slightly above, and open hours are a little hard to determine, so i'd recommend checking their website calendar for show information. it's a rather small space, but it's very cozy and they make it work. it's dimly lit and sometimes pretty loud, but it's not a bad place to hide away for a bit and read a book. i've only been in a few times since the parlour opened, so i hope to update this review with a few more specifics (and perhaps another star??). until then, show the parlour some love and stop in.

The owner Sarah is a former teacher and she and her staff were wonderful. The girls learned to groom the horses, braid the horses manes and even decorate the horses. Then off to an indoor arena lesson and games while riding. Followed by a trail ride. Looking forward to returning with the family for the family lesson at very competitive pricing.
