I had excellent communication from Kenneth, the Supervisor in 8 Cuts Promenade, and had an outstanding meal and great service today. Thank you Ken and the Moment Group for the professionalism and wonderful food! There will always be issues in a business but the real hallmark is how the company responds to feedback and makes it right which is exactly what Ken did today! 10/10 Recommended and 100% will return! ------------------------------- Original Review Tried to eat lunch here and strangely, not one of the employees came to my table to greet me or take my order. Several of the employees, including the manager made eye contact with me! After waiting for 10 minutes, I got up and walked out.

The patty was perfectly cooked -- juicy on the inside with a slight char on the outside that added just the right amount of smokiness. The bun was soft yet sturdy, holding everything together without falling apart, and had a slight sweetness that complemented the savory flavors.

Every time I'm at the SM Aura basement, I see the facade of this restaurant. I didn't want to eat…read morehere at first because it might be too expensive for my budget. But, when my friend and I met for our Christmas get-together, we wanted to try something new and decided to "splurge" for lunch. Poulet Manille serves free-range, organic French chicken. So, to manage your expectations, the server told us that a whole chicken (Php998, comes with 8 side dishes) is good for 4 people. It was enough for me and my friend. I guess it depends on your appetite. We wanted to try 2 flavors. So, we ordered the half size of the Poulet Truffle Chicken and French Country Classic Chicken. A half size order (Php620) includes 4 side dishes; we ended up trying all the side dishes. For the side dishes, my favorites were the Creamy Mashed Potato, Broccoli & Toasted Almonds, and the Mixed Biodynamic Vegetables (the veggies were small but very sweet). I ordered their Home Brewed 4 Berries Iced Tea, it was good but nothing special. I loved that you could smell the truffle as the chicken was served. The chicken was so tender but, some parts took more time to chew. I wish there was a way for the truffle flavor to penetrate to meat. Most of the flavor just stayed on the chicken skin. But, it was very good chicken and we were full after the meal. Will I be back? Of all the dishes we tried, the only dish that I would go back for is their French Onion Soup. Full of onions and topped with gooey cheese. It was delicious! :)

On to the Buttermilk Chicken! The breading was wonderful with hints of spice to give it a slight kick. I love how they used boneless chicken to make eating effortless. The gravy and honey even enhances the flavor of the dish and makes you want to eat even more! Also, they serve the chicken with Cornbread. So good! My most favorite dish (apart from the Buttermilk Chicken) is the Baked Brie with Cranberry sauce. The Brie is enveloped in filo pastry. So, when it arrives at you table, eat it immediately! The filo is very crisp and the Brie is gooey. The rich Brie flavor was perfect with the tang of the cranberry sauce. If you don't want the Chicken or the Brie, try their Reuben Sandwich! They don't scrimp on the meat and, yes, they serve it with dill pickles! The servings here are HUGE! So, it's the best place to have a family get together or dinner with friends! :)

Kettle is a pretty easy place to come grab some good pub food…read more It's a bit dressed up but still pretty casual and the menu is pretty eclectic. Everything from chicken and waffles to Filipino staples with a twist (lamb adobo) to some lighter fare like sandwiches and salads. Wife and I split a grilled cheese and baked Brie on this last meal they were both great portions to not feel overly stuffed after lunch. It's a good place to go but I don't think anything is going to blow your mind food wise; that said the food is good but it lacks that one big differentiator. I'd give it an extra half star if I could and it's one of the better mall restaurants but it doesn't quite own its corner the way Corazon does downstairs. Do try the matcha waffle and nori chicken. Interesting little take on a southern classic that seems to be popular here right now as everyone seems to have a variant of some sort.

I can say that the burger is a bit overcooked which is a shame. Service is prompt and the place, though clean, has a rather seedy atmosphere. Will I go back? Probably. Only because I think my kid will be impressed by their menu.

He showed me the menu, and indeed there are lots of selections to fulfill your craving for the day. I don't care about the sizes as long as my burger is excellent, but their generous servings are much appreciated. The beef patty is really beefy (not like other burger joints where all you can taste are breadings), and the buns goes well with the whole shebang. My only comment is their cheese, since its consistency and taste is just like Cheezwiz spread rather than real cheese ( cheddar or American). Other than that I think it's worth coming back to and satisfy your Tombstone burger craving.

*Note: This is a 4.5 Star review…read more So far, one of the best restaurants that serves legit grilled cheese sandwiches. I'm usually apprehensive ordering grilled cheese sandwiches because, well, it is something that my brother and I make at home. Melt is different because, though they serve grilled cheese, the make theirs over the top! Deciding what to get was no easy feat but I decided to get the Bacon Mac & Grilled Cheesy. It's Maple glazed bacon with 3 cheese mac and cheese sandwiched between honey drizzled sourdough. Oh my goodness! I was full after eating half but couldn't let the second go to waste... It was perfectly pressed on the outside, crispy bacon, super cheesy macaroni, and gooey cheese, and ugh... I just want one now. It was served with a bowl of tomato soup. Can we talk about the other sides? I tried their Chorizo Risotto Balls, Tomato Soup and Butternut Squash Soup. The balls were pretty good but, I wish there were more chorizo bits in it. The tomato soup is "real" tomato soup; it is sour and thick. Not like the soup you get in other restos. The butter squash was sooo comforting! I actually preferred pairing it with my sandwich over the tomato soup. The prices for the sandwiches are pretty high but, the servings are BIG. So, I suggest that you eat here with a friend and share the meal. Best to eat these sandwiches fast and furious to get the ultimate cheesy, stringy experience! :)

I ended up in Triple O's when I wasn't hungry; I was just there to watch my boyfriend try out their new Chipotle Barbecue burger while I leeched off his fries. I had my (or his) fries with an order of their special honey mustard, which makes their fries ten times more addicting. In fact, the fries were so good paired with the honey mustard; I ended up reigning over them as if they were mine alone. I didn't pay much attention to the burger 'till I heard the magic question - want a bite? Of course I did! The explosion of flavors and juiciness of the burger was nothing like I ever tasted; I haven't stopped thinking about it since. Now I know why America is obsessed with chipotle.
