That was when there was a buy one take one promo. We shared the promo and I just ordered something and did not even want my sandwich to have anything except the bread and the chicken. (The server looked at me like a weird person) One day, I craved for subway but this time, I asked the server to put a few lettuce and that's the time I started eating veggies. One by one. I also started eating healthy, exercising and guess what! I lost 40 lbs in total. I'm maintaining my diet until now and I know this is weird but I started eating veggies because of subway. My favorite is their chicken teriyaki with lots of lettuce, tomatoes, a few japaleno, onion, and cucumber. The best part is their honey mustard dressing. Preparing sandwiches is easy as ABC. The veggies were fresh and plentiful; still crunchy and had the right amount of vinegar taste. As for the bread, it was "supposed" to be toasted and crunchy. *explanation to follow* My biggest complaint is the staff. I was the only customer there at that time. The staff was gossiping the whole time and couldn't wait to clock out. 1) They said that the Classic was out of stock (WHUT?!). But, no, I insisted on the Classic. If I didn't insist, they wouldn't have opened a set of ingredients to make the sandwich, 2) They took their time to make my sandwich. I had to wait for 30 minutes to get my Bánh Mì. Apparently, it was because they made the sandwich and FORGOT to toast the sandwich. So, they had to make a new sandwich. In the end, they barely toasted it. So, yeah. Loved all the veggies in the sinigang especially the okra & kangkong (watercress/morning glory). This place is great for casual dining and late-night cravings.
