Our menu consisted of two different types of salad, duck and pork belly buns, shrimp lo mein, mapo tofu, a carving station with beef tenderloin and chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, and mixed vegetables. We also had a couple guests with allergies/restrictions, and Harvest Moon was super accommodating (one of our friends who is a vegetarian couldn't stop raving about the mushroom ravioli). The weather was less than perfect but the servers never missed a beat and worked around the rain and wind, serving guests and making sure everyone had what they needed. I was in contact with Mr Spencer several times via email and he was always quick to respond and answered my questions and concerns completely. The catering company is associated with the Wikiteria in the Tech Corporate Research Park which is a great place to grab a quick lunch.
