Great day, This is…read moremy second review for The Italian Oven in Stockbridge ga. I've been back a few times since my first post of EXCELLENT but I had to post on my recent visit . My family and I went to celebrate two birthdays and everything was going great as usual until I got my order of Baby Clams in White Wine Sauce. The first thing that I noticed was a lot less claims than I receive on previous visits. When I tasted it my second thought was, this wasn't the same chief. The meal was almost too salty to eat. I mentioned it to the waitress and she told the chef and the managers. I noticed two of the managers discussing my issue and here's where the biggest problem starts. No one, not the chef , nor either manager addressed me for an apology or anything . I WAS NOT SEEKING A REFUND OR A DISCOUNT, I just wanted to make sure they addressed the matter. Never happened. I was very disappointed . My families meals were on point for the most part and that's all that matters. I still gave the a 4 star !

I stopped by Sharks Chicken & Fish while I was in the area and decided to try their 4-piece chicken…read morewing dinner. Overall, it was a decent experience. The meal was very reasonably priced--I paid around $8, which is hard to beat these days. The food had good flavor and actually reminded me a lot of JJ's Chicken & Fish. I'm not sure if the two are affiliated, but the seasoning and overall taste were very similar. My only complaint was the texture. The chicken wings were fried a little too hard for my liking, while the french fries could have used a little more time in the fryer. It was kind of a mixed experience because one was overcooked and the other was undercooked. Fortunately, both still had good flavor. Overall, I'd give Sharks Chicken & Fish 3.5 out of 5 stars. While this meal wasn't quite a home run, I'd definitely be willing to come back and try something else on the menu. With the affordable prices and good seasoning, I think it's worth giving them another shot.

It was more of that "I'll smile in your face while completely ignoring what you asked for" type of customer service. I didn't realize how badly my order had been messed up until I actually got it and saw what I was given. Missing items, wrong items, things I specifically asked for not being included... like how does an order get THIS wrong? And that's what really irritated me -- because if you're going to make a mistake, at least own it and fix it. Instead, I'm left finding out afterward that apparently nobody was paying attention when my order was being made. The food honestly wasn't worth the money or the frustration. Definitely won't be returning. There are too many other places that can make a bowl correctly without turning the experience into a scavenger hunt to figure out what happened to your order. The food here is really good, and I enjoyed my meal. However, the pricing between the online menu,…read morein-store menu, and what actually rings up at the register doesn't match. For example, the 10-piece wings are listed at $10.99 but rang up as $11.37, and adding shrimp fried rice shows $5.75 but rang up as $6.16. This isn't just tax I double-checked. It would be great if they updated both their online and in-store menus so the prices match what customers are actually charged. The food is worth coming back for, but the price confusion takes away from the experience. (Fried rice had corn)
