She freestyled it based on reviews of mine that she's read... and knew better than me that this was exactly what I would have chosen. I've grown away from not wanting my food to touch lol (I'm lying - I'm still like this about certain foods )... but - when a chef can marry flavors the way @chef_tasha put these together Lordt, who'd want anything different?! Everything was phenomenal on its own but when eaten together, at once, just lift me off the floor. We started with a crisp German white and some FIYAH! gulf #bbqshrimp, then moved on to the juiciest, most savory salmon with @chef_tasha's delicious sweet chili sauce *cooked on* + sauteed brussels and thick bacon + very mildly sweetened, so true to their flavor, mashed sweet potatoes topped with fresh green onions. Y'all!!!! To. Die. For! @chef_tasha came with everything she needed to prepare our meal and we provided an equipped kitchen. She was timely, had our meal ready quickly, and, frankly was wonderful company during our meal. Did I mention that she's the most recommended private chef since @whereblacknolaeats started??! Listen.     I've lived in the parish most of my life, so I've purchased food from here for years. Last Friday I went and got 2 stuffed crabs(in the picture). Initially I was like $13 for the two scoops of stuffed crab seemed high but I know crabmeat is expensive. Right when I was about to pay for my food the hot crawfish came out so I had to get a taste and ordered 3lbs. My total was about $33. Prices are cheaper if you pay with cash (they list the price with cash and the price if you are paying with card) so I'd say bring some cash. The crawfish were good as usual and were a nice size. Other things I've had in the past that I enjoyed were the crawfish fettuccini, shrimp poboy, fried fish plate, and potato salad. There is seating available inside but it's not a big place so a big group would probably need to get their food to go. Also this is a pretty popular place especially on Fridays so expect to wait in line or you can call and order your phone ahead of time (which I usually do).

Everything was really good and flavorful. The seafood had a nice flavor without being too spicy. It wasn't spicy at all to me but it did have a little kick. The service was really good as well. We almost forgot our snow crabs but they made sure we got them! I know where to get some good boiled seafood now.
