Since we did a grand arrival by private charter, they even let us do a dry run ahead to practice docking and were super patient in waiting for us. 2 weeks out we were assigned our catering manager for the day of- Veronica is the best!! Responsive to texts and emails at any time of day (and unlike most venues where the catering manager is only concerned with ensuring the venue fulfills their contractual obligations), she and her staff showed up, worked with our day of coordinator, and played a huge role in ensuring the day went as flawlessly as it did!
