The chefs arrived a few hours before serving time and had cut rolls, nigiri, and sashimi ready by 5:30 . Both chefs were attentive, kind, and very accommodating during the event. Our guests especially loved the specials--the halibut carpaccio and yellowtail picante were a huge hit, and the bay scallops were absolutely wonderful. Overall, everything went so well, and the addition of the halibut and sashimi really elevated the experience. They helped make such a special milestone celebration memorable for our entire family.
