From the start, Hanna really stood out. He's not just a contractor--he genuinely knows what he's doing. He walked me through everything, explained the process, and caught multiple issues from the previous work that I didn't even realize were problems. Instead of cutting corners, he fixed everything the right way. They handled new framing, opening up walls, plumbing corrections, and a full rebuild of the space. The craftsmanship really shows, especially in the details. The shower tile work is flawless, and the shampoo niche came out super clean and well-designed. The new tile flooring ties everything together perfectly, and the paint finish gives the whole bathroom a fresh, modern coastal feel. Wes was also great to work with--professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. You can tell these guys care about doing things properly, not just getting the job done. I even asked what do you know? Do i have half my orders? Is it in stock currently? I am picking up the order tomorrow, what can you tell me? And i was constantly provided with unhelpful non answers. Had we had to deal with this individual, we would not rate cabinet city so highly as there was not even a let me check with warehouse (right across in the adjacent building). There was basically a lack of knowledge or willingness to help (instead of saying i am not sure but i will find out, i get it there is no way of knowing). I am thankful Sherry was our go to person and i am also thankful to the warehouse staff who stepped up to help while the person behind the desk was ignoring customers and not even informing of a wait or someone going on break. Instead someone from the warehouse who picked my order came to me directly to help without me asking. Although every place has their pros and cons, i would say that this place is very lucky to have people like Sherry and the warehouse operators. In terms of product, i am not yet able to comment on the received materials as they are still in their boxes, but my wife and i do love the options at cabinet city especially compared to other companies out there. Pricing is more than fair as well. Picking up the order was also very straightforward and easy. So overall, the positives simply outweigh the negatives. Crystal Chou the manager showed no empathy and made it clear that the buck stops with her because she is the regional manager of the whole southern California, so there is no one else I could speak with. Crystal Chou refused to involve anyone else who might have been able to help. The only options presented were to pay the full amount owed immediately on my departure, assume responsibly until my lease is up or until the unit is rented. last choice is to allow the account to go into collections and ruin my credit. For a long-term, reliable tenant, this lack of flexibility, consideration, and basic human decency is extremely disappointing. However, I do feel I should have some sort of penalty for breaking a17 month lease, 6 months before it ended but being charged $5770.00 early termination fee, plus a month of rent for a grand total of $7020.17 is unfair. Well just make sure you pay attention to the fine print before you sign your lease agreement. Even though it was a nice place to live but due to unwillingness to work with me when my life circumstances change, I would never return as a tenant.

More than five stars!…read more Succinctly, we met with three or four companies to get an estimate all of whom were pleasant but, somehow, did not seem as though they were listening to what we wanted. It was different with Ammar of Kitchen Cabinet Express, Inc. After a brief introduction and a short discussion of our intentions, he got right to the point, walking with my wife, measuring and making notes and asking questions. What resulted was a reasonable estimate for the work to be done and a plan and drawings that exactly reflected our wishes. The deadline for completion was originally set for the middle of March 2026 but was completed two weeks early. Members of Ammar's team and contractors were professional, conscientious, and hard working. They showed up on time, accomplished what was scheduled for each day. As work progressed, we desired some minor changes which Ammar and his team were very flexible and responsive in accomplishing professionally and quickly. At every point - daily work and especially at the conclusion - the site was cleaned up immaculately and all detritus was hauled away instantly. Also, a great deal of care was taken to mask, cover, and protect the house, furniture, and existing fixtures from the dust and soiling that was occasioned by the remodeling work! This review is being written a month after completion as we wanted to take our time to let the "newness" wear off and appraise the overall experience. After this time for evaluation, we find the craftsmanship flawless, the cabinets and showers and baths installed beautifully and -- overall -- the incorporation into our existing home has greatly upgraded the whole affair. All in all, the results exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend Ammar and his team and, once settled, we will be having him back to take care of additional projects we'd like to accomplish.

I wasn't sure what my start date was so I couldn't give the notice at that time. She was suppose to email me a form for the termination. Guess what? She never did. I went back to the office when I got my official start date in Atlanta. She told me she didn't have the form (how funny) and I could give her a written notice. I went to my apartment and wrote and notice and gave it to Maria. Fast forward my last week at the apartment, I get a call from Maria that they should have received the fee to break my lease at the time I dropped off the letter. Well guess what they had to wait because my company was transferring the funds to my account. Not a problem. Also, Liz had no idea that I even put my notice in because Maria never put it in the system. And I still don't know to this day where she put my notice. Fast forward to now, my job lagged super hard on getting me the funds. I log in to see if I can pay online and my total is almost 5k. When I look at the fees, they charged me for this month (month of March) even though my 30 day notice has the 7th on there. I was confused because when I talked to Liz she said I was to pay the termination fee and the prorated amount for the 7 days. So why are you charging me for a full month. Not only that I received an email for next month for an additional $700. I sent a email to Maria asking why my total was so high. I explained that I went online to pay and my total isn't correct. And I'm not paying anything until they correct my total. Well guess what?!! Maria never responded. And my access to the site to pay was removed after I sent the email. This place is a scam. And it's a shame because I was there for a little over a year and a half and I really didn't have any issues or problems with my apartment or the leasing staff. Liz has always been great. But Maria is the worse. She seems to know nothing. Because of that I would never recommend this place. First of all I know it's California and everything is expensive but the price is not worth what the apartments look like inside or outside. I seen people talk about roaches. I've never had that issue. Just spiders which should be expected since it is an older complex. But these games with my final fees is Crazy. Beware is all I can say.
