On this date Celeste informed me via phone conversation said "I woke up feeling sick this morning and had to seek medical attention. I will not be able to attend the event. Not to worry my staff is enroute to the venue and they will do an amazing job ". Needless to say 2:30pm was the time agreed upon to arrive at the venue. There was no reason for the event to be delayed. Celeste had more than enough time to make the necessary changes to keep the event on time. The first server arrived nearly 4pm (event start at 4pm). She arrived with absolutely nothing. No tables were needed the venue furnished them. Although she had no tablecloths or any decorative items for displaying and enhancing the table setting. I had a table set for gifts and treats. I quickly broke down the table for the servers to setup for the buffet. I left the venue around 4:30 and the other two servers still had not arrived. It was 5pm and the table still wasn't set. I paid for 50 guest, a total of 47 were present. Four of my guest were eating off dessert plates vs dinner plates. I was so embarrassed, I felt like leaving the room and not returning. I asked a server how did that happen and was told we ranned out. He said I'll go to the store I thought what a great idea but a little to late now. All the utensils, butter, corn muffins (so hard you couldn't cut them with a knife). All these items Were in dinner plates used for table settings. Green beans were not fully cooked, asparagus were overcooked. Mashed potatoes were cold and the Mac n Cheese was too cheesy and salty. Zesty chicken and fried chicken was reasonably good but barely warm. The cheesecakes were delicious. They weren't displayed on any type tray just sat on in the original plastic container. Seven of our guest had arrived prior to the table being set and witnessed all the choas. I spent a large amount of money to be exact $3,552.00 to be disrespected and embarrassed in front of our guest. I deserve better than the services rendered. I reached out to Celeste on two occasions via email asking for resolution. Letting her know that she hadn't met her contractual obligations. I feel some portion of money need to be reimbursed. Celeste made it clear to me that she has absolutely no intentions of giving any type of a refund. She also stated that she was responsible for providing table cloths and if I needed them I should have requested them. I was really taken back I have never heard of a Catering company not providing their tables, tablecloths and decorative items to enhance the table setting. Is that what we do nowadays? I guess it isn't about making your client happy anymore. The second email has been ignored an avoidance she has not responded. I'm hopeful she will reply.

    Celeste prepared dinner for 11 guests at a birthday party and we just loved it…read more First, Celeste was very easy to deal with - we texted and emailed and she was quick to respond. I had never met her but I didn't need to for this dinner. (I actually found her on Yelp!) Second, Celeste and her staff of two showed up early and took over the kitchen. It's truly wonderful to sit around right before a party because someone else is doing all the work. After the party, they cleaned up the kitchen; truth be told, it was probably a lot cleaner than when they arrived. Celeste, Frances and Vanessa were nice and friendly, too. Third, the food itself was superb and I'm posting some photos. It was delicious and had great appetite appeal. (I was so involved eating, I forgot to post the entrees - mesquite salmon and fried chicken.). My guests just raved about it and everyone wanted leftovers, of which there were plenty. You cannot leave hungry from Celeste's meal. Fourth, I enjoyed supporting a business owned by a woman and a Sun Devil! I think most people would enjoy have Celeste come and cook a meal and I strongly recommend her.

When he arrived at our vacation home for the weekend, he was on time and he was prepared, he came with everything he needed. We were enjoying some music and playing bachelorette games while we waited and he danced along with us while in the kitchen cooking. He was so cool and he fit right in, it felt like a friend or family was cooking for us. While we waited anxiously because the smell of the food during preparation was so good, he gave us fresh guacamole and chips and salsa. He made this amazing street corn appetizer that I don't think I can live without. WOW! The steak and pulled chicken were both cooked to perfection. We had corn tortillas, hard shell, pico de gallo, rice and beans the absolute works, and every topping your heart could desire. We also had this delicious shrimp salad that was so colourful and yummy to our tummies. Everything was seasoned to perfection and prepared just right. Let's not forget the unbelievably tasty margarita he made, I mean I was in heaven, I wanted to bring him back to Atlanta. Thank you for being so professional and responsive during the planning process. You displayed such a beautiful presentation of food and we had an absolute blast with you! I will definitely keep you in mind for future events. HE TRAVELS!! Thank you for sharing your passion with us, it was delicious!. Many thanks from us 12 ladies! He arrived with all the necessary supplies (dishes, pots and pans, an amazing array of culinary knives) including the food, set up shop in our kitchen, and created a flavorful meal for our family celebration. He took care of the clean-up so no one lifted a finger. Everyone loved this experience and wants Chef Steven for an encore performance soon.

As we grew older we gleaned the best of what we enjoy and developed them into our own cooking skills. My wife being Korean born refined her cooking skills in the eastern cuisine like Korean, Japanese, Thailand, and others while I have refined my skills with French and Italian. Prescott is a beautiful place to live but its culinary basis is built on sawdust. We usually cook for ourselves if we want a top notch meal. Now the past several years I have been confined to a wheelchair and transport is very limited. We used to spend winters in Hawaii where we could get great quality meals and seafood whether we prepared them or went out. So our 40th! I wanted to do something special for my wife since I have not been living up to my end of our culinary relationship being confined to a wheelchair. Thus I started seeking out a Chef that would come to our home with his staff and prepare a custom made meal for us. I selected Chef Thomas and Copper State Kitchen. I started by a rather lengthy discussion via phone and followed up with sending Chef Thomas some of our favorite recipes, sufficient for him to develop a five-course meal for us. Chef Thomas is very professional and easy to work with. We refined the meal over the next two days we agreed on the following proposed menu; I supplied the wines. Amuse-Bouche * Fig Jam, Blue Cheese, Red Wine Poached Pear & Arugula Crostini Starter * Prime Rib Poke with sesame crunch and microgreens and pipkuala aioli (based on my deconstruction of the infamous Tiki Bar in Waikiki dish) Pasta Course * Lobster Tagliatelle in a Champagne Cream Sauce Main Course * Beef Wellington with foie gras and red wine demi-glace Dessert * Crème Brûlée (torched table-side) Wine Pairings * Santa Margarita Prosecco DOCG * Domaine Salmon Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc * Tenuta de Sesta Brunello di Montalcino 1996 * Chateau Rieussec 1st Grand Cru Classe 1863 Sauternes 2004 Every course was perfect and very enjoyable. It was a great experience! Here's an overview of the process: Owner Rebecca sent us a in-take form to gather details about our request including dietary restrictions. My husband has celiac disease (gluten allergy) and I'm a vegetarian with a soy and egg intolerance. Alex was assigned as our chef and he thoughtfully prepared options for all 3 courses for us to choose from. We selected our preferred option for each course. Then, in advance of the dinner Alex sent us the shopping list to cross check with our pantry. Anything not in our pantry he bought, being careful to source around our dietary restrictions, and brought the ingredients to our home. He showed up on time and was willing to wear a face mask in our home because my husband is at high risk of COVID. He prepared the courses while demonstrating some cooking skills and sharing his extensive knowledge (30+ years) with us. It was a fun experience! He then served us the 3 courses plus an amuse-bouche. Of course the best part was eating all of the delicious food! Every course was excellent, healthy with a great flavor profile. Overall, the process the great!
